So I was working for this lame Agency they had me working for a whole week from six in the morning to 6am - 2:30 and when he came to Pay day they denied the days I worked only paid me for one day and told me that they didnt we couldnt do anything about it. Also when I was working for that week I didnt Appreciate the fact that they will cut me off one hour of labor I would only do 7.. I do not recommend at all select staffing in commerce they are so improfessional including the people that work in the company.. I wouldnt give them not one star but I had too.. worst service , employees, and management!

They do not help people get jobs if they had not been employed at least six months prior. OMG YOUR a Flippen TEMP EMPLOYMENT AGENCY. That is the purpose of your establishment. and to tell people that is like telling them, your stupid and dumb because we dont think you can remember any of you prior work experience. And clearly Select Staffing is not up on the Current events, like Recession or the spike in unemployment in this State. I cant wait to let the Mayor of LA and the Congressman of the state of California know how Select Staffing is not doing their part in trying to help Californians.

Worst agency ever! Asked me to go in for a job that required steel toe boots I explained I didnt own any. They said they would have some available for me so when I get the office theirs none. Mind you I live in Huntington Park traveling by bus to the city of Commerce is a damn mission. They just said well we dont have any but we can put you on stand by for other days. They totally didnt care that I went all the way over there by bus for nothing.

Went in, office was full of people looking for work yet more than half of their employees were out for lunch, complete stand still. Once they got back and i finally got called up for "interview" the airhead helping me out kept messing with a stupid cell phone. After putting the phone down she handed me some random job and claimed it was the only one available. These people are idiots, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Select staffing was great it is a great company but the company I was assigned is a joke the way managment lets there employees treat the new hires is ridiculous humiliation has treatment its bad and I just wont stand it i left that company BEWARE OF THAT COMPANY RANDALLS MEAT IN VERNON IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR....

They placed me at a minimum paying job then I found out they had and opening for a forklift job that paid way more but they refuse to transfer me cause they didnt want to hurt the current employer thanks for looking out for the little guy

Horrible place. The staff looks asleep. Older men sitting in the lobby looking like hobos.... Would not be back ..... If your looking for a staffing agency in commerce go to pirate staffing great staff and finds you a job

Waste of time They make you do an online application. Then after that they give you an "interview" time for you and hundred people. Everyone is better off looking on Craigslist ..real jobs.I was her for 5 hours

I went in to get a job, but they took forever. Went to Decton Staffing in Pico Rivera and they got me a job in less than a week. Forget these guys.

Back in 2012 the jobs and job locations were a lot better than the last few years. Rose is my favorite, other than that not a good agency.
