I DO NOT recommend Ultimate Staffing. I completely agree with the feedback posted below by "sheeryblossom". I couldnt have said it better myself. After I sent my resume through their website I was immediately contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. After doing so, I received a confirmation e-mail which stated the time we agreed to meet which was not accurate so I e-mailed the recruiter to check on the time and did not hear back, yet I received an e-mail asking me to complete several online assessments prior to the interview which I did. Before I could even get my foot in the door, I was shut down. I received a call from the recruiter only an hour before our appointment to cancel, stating they do not have any resources which match my background. If that was the case then why was I contacted to set up an interview in the first place and why did I receive the tests to take prior to meeting. In this economy, many people have turned to agencies to assist them in their job search and unfortunately there are agencies like this one that do not care about one’s time as they are only looking to make a buck off you. My advice is there are plenty of other and professional agencies I might add that would be happy to assist job seekers and not waste their time, so don’t bother with this one.

The following is my opinion. I disagree with all the moaners and complainers with their entitlement mentality. The Ultimate Staffing office in Pasadena is an awesome, very professional staffing agency. I strongly recommend their friendly staff to anyone. Anytime I need anything from them, this office delivers. I particularly recommend you interview with May Manoso and this is only because I have always interacted with her. Im more than positive that the rest of the staff at this office is just as awesome as May.
