I have to recommend All Custom Woodworks whole heartily. They did a complete custom job on our kitchen which is just beautiful! The work went very well, as planned, and his crew were professional and very pleasant. Electrical work was done all throughout the kitchen, and all appliances taken care of. We could have not asked for more beautiful cabinets. We feel like we have the model home now. This could have never been accomplished, price wise, or quality of work, through Home Depot, or Lowes. We shopped two other cabinet shops, as well as the ones just mentioned. Troy gave us the best price around. A great and friendly company to deal with, especially when it comes to your home! After a complete new beautiful kitchen, we have gone on to a new master bath, and a gorgeous wine cabinet. The designs and work have been outstanding, as well as the communication and business dealings with Troy Sr., and his excellent crew. This company cares about the customer as well as giving the most top quality work out there. They respected our home and family and time. Five stars for All Custom Woodworks!! First let me start by saying Ive never written a negative review and always give the person I do business with the benefit of the doubt. Every company makes mistakes but what they do when the mistake is made is what makes them a good or a bad company to deal with. Well, this is a bad company to deal with. Every day my house was left a mess. The tools where left where the last screw or nail was put in. Any time I questioned any of the work it was "according to the contract" well the contract was vague because I trusted them to do the right thing. In the end, it just turned out terrible. If you dont mind having your house a mess daily and get every "I" dotted and every "T" crossed with every piece of hardware that is and isnt included and dont mind waiting around for them to maybe show up or maybe not show up then youre okay. The work was good, how we got it there wasnt. I hired someone else to finish it because "according to the contract" it didnt call for a mortice lock just a bolt on lock". I also find it quite odd that 4 of the good reviews were written within 2 days of one another, the same day they replied to a bad review.......

I wish that I had read the negative reviews before making the mistake of dealing with this company. As stated in other reviews, the owner is rude, and unwilling to accept responsibility for his mistakes. The major (but not only) problem with the cabinets that the company made for me was that the edge banding on the plywood panels did not stick, but began to peel off.I noticed this after about 1.5 years. Instead of offering to repair this problem, the owner accused me of abusing the cabinets in some way. He then told me that the cabinets were "out of warranty", although the contract stated that the warranty is lifetime. After trying to negotiate for 2 months, It seems that I am left to pursue redress in whatever legal ways are available, but that I will likely have to have a competent shop repair the poor work. I do not normally write negative reviews such as this, however I have written this one simply as a warning in the hope that may save some one else the grief that I have gone through.

We were so disapointed in every aspect. They were not on time. They did not keep to their contract promises written or verbal. They were rude and disrespectful to our family. We hatted every minute after the contract was signed. Before the contract was signed they were so accomidating and promised the world. We hate their workmanship and quality was bad!!!!!!!! We waisted our money, time, energy, spirit. We would go to court but that is more time, energy and spirit. We chaulked this up to experience.

I had an extremely pleseant experience with both of the Troys. Troy Senior came out and walked and bid the job and stayed within the budget. His workers were on time everyday day and he was never more than a phone call away. His crew was respectful of my home and cleaned up everyday. They did extensive work and were finished before the projected date. I am one happy customer and I continue reccomend All Custom Woodwork.

I highly recommend All Custom Woodworks, if you are thinking about having your kitchen refaced. We had our kitchen refaced by All Custom Woodworks and we are extremely pleased with the final results. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew that worked at our house were hard working, clean and acted very professional. We love our kitchen and would not hesitate to use ACW in the future

Really excellent job! All Custom Woodworks refaced our 80s oak kitchen cabinets, built new pull-out shelves, and built a new stand-alone cabinet. It looks sensational. Troy is very knowledgeable and responded to the lengthy list of questions I had. The bid was priced right and the warranty is unbeatable. His crew, especially Luke, was friendly and hard-working.
