Autopia Car wash sucks - I had an annual VIP Package with them and everything was fine till one day the baby threw up in the back seat - most of it was cleaned by me - but there was still some stuff left under the baby seat - since I wanted a professional to clean it - i went to Autopia - they charged me another 120 and then refused to clean my car - refunded the 120 dollars - but what about the 500 dollars I paid for the annual maintenance? I feel insulted and disappointed- no where in the contract were there any exclusions- sand when I asked to talk to their corporate- they are making me run here and there - for heavens sake I am not in a third world country- nobody denies that small business can deny service - but the policies should have beeen spelt out before - not after the fact. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! went here with my boyfriend to clean his truck, he wanted just they outside cleaned. The sales guy charged $15 for outside. I was in a hurry and asked the guy how much it was to clean just the inside and he told me they dont do that and its $25 for inside and out. After 20-25 mins of waiting. I sort of inspected it and realized they did not take out any trash, they didnt remove my daughters car seat and vacuum under it. I asked why they didnt take it out and they couldnt come up why. THEYRE LAZY and dont care. The only good thing to this place is they were fast but they didnt do a good job!

Ive used this car wash multiple times, each time hoping it would be worth the money, but for $25.00, the car only looked clean from far away. The wheels were still super grimy, I had to wipe the dash board of the dust there before I drove away and they didnt even vaccuum the trunk. I have a fiat, possibly the smallest trunk ever. Theres water spots all over the car and the inside was minimally wiped down. I have a brand new car-its not like they have to do alot, but for it to cost so much and them not even be thorough, and to expect a tip, its a ridiculous waste of money and time.

This is one of the best car washes Ive used. I have been coming here ever since I moved to Concord and could not be happier with the quality of service. I have the weekday unlimited plan which is nice because I can keep my car clean and not worry about paying every time. I took a picture of one of the little things that they do that make a big difference. They use an air hose to spray the remaining water out of the cracks and crevices so when youre driving down the road, you dont get instant drip marks. Its a little thing but shows how they go above to detail the car.

Look, if youre picky, drive some filthy kid taxi, or if you expect a detail job for $25, wash it yourself. If youre a busy working professional that just wants presentable car to drive to your next business meeting, a car wash at Autopia will leave you with extra time and no complaints. They are fast, efficient, and consistent. The subscription is great if you own a newer car that doesnt require deep cleaning on every visit. I think the guys and gals at this place are friendly, and I frequent it often, along with the Walnut Creek location.

These guys do a pretty good job. Considering my car is black. They took care of it pretty damn good. I had to get the wash & wax (spray wax) because I like when my car shines and they definitely delivered. Also a nice waiting area & wifi is a plus. I got just the outside done for like $40. I dont really need the inside cleaned because I keep it clean. It was well worth the $40

Went here to get my vehicle washed/waxed only to find out that stuff had been stolen from inside my glove box. I purchased the gold package and they did a horrible job on it. Their wax jobs leave white spots on your vehicle and they do not detail your car at all. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Changing it to one star. I wish I could put 0 stars. First of all they missed so many parts. They have too many clients and I assume dont really want to spend much time on every car. Second thing, I just realized that my 2.5l label is missing from the back of my car. Terrible.

Love this place. They have an "all you can eat" plan, which is 54 dollars for as many super car washes as you want per month. They do a SUPERB job and the staff is really friendly. I had my car detailed there and it was in better shape than when I got it new.

Ive never had a problem with these people. Good service and decent prices but after reading the other reviews, Ill make sure I show up with sufficient cash. Why are people putting a car wash on their credit card anyway...?

I gave them two stars because a week ago I took my girlfriend truck to get washed and there was mud under the fenders and on the running boards I pay $40 for a car wash and expect all that to be removed

It looked like they were going to keep cleaning, until the manager went over and told them to stop. My truck came back not wiped down all the way and a couple of scratches.

They didnt wipe down the center console at all and just did a rush job overall. I expect better for a $35 car wash. The location in Walnut Creek is much better.

Theyre not actually open half the time they should be. They were closed at 3 pm today with no apparent reason.
