On August 29, 2015 I went to super station car wash around noon. I asked for their best service option for $29.99. Before I gave them my car I told the employee I did not want them to touch the inside of my car with any rag that had any chemicals on it. She proceeded to tell me that they did not use any chemicals on their rags that they used on the interior. She told me they just used dry towels to dust off the dashboard. I said if thats the case then go ahead anddust it off. I then sat down and began to watch them service my car. They washed the outside then began to clean the inside. They were using blue towels and window cleaner to clean the windows of the car. They then used the same rags to start wiping off my brand new leather interior. Then I seen a employee spray the window cleaner directly onto my leather dashboard and wipe it off. I instantly walked inside and walked up to the counter. There was a man at the counter, which if I had to guess was certainly either the owner or manager. I explained to him that I told his employee very specifically what I didnt want to happen and that she assured me that it wouldnt happen. Then I told him what I saw and his first words were dont worry it wont hurt your car. Then I explained that I didnt care what he thought, I told them that I didnt want them to do this and they did it anyway. He apologized but continued to try and convince me it was ok. I then asked for a refund and he laughed and said no way. He then started trying to convince me that his employees never use chemicals on the interior. So he went and talked to the people taking care of my car. He came back and said yeah they didnt use any chemicals on the interior of your car. So then I asked him if he was calling me a liar because I sat and watched the employee do it. He said I guess I am calling you a liar. I started arguing with him and he began to just repeat that he was glad I was happy with the service. He then told me my car was finished and I cloud leave. I have never took the time to leave a bad review about any business, but their service and the way they handled the situation was appalling.

Wonderful place to get your car cleaned!! They bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect. I brought in my brand new BMW 228i, which had minor scratches on it already. I dont know if it was from the cats in my neighborhood or another car wash, but needless to say I was very upset! They took care of the scratches and put a wax on it. My car looks better than new. Truly. I will only be coming here for cleaning. I also want to add that everyone is extremely nice and patient. They really do care about doing a good job.

Overpriced, and the staff is overworked and underpaid, which is probably why no one cared about how my boost gauge mysteriously broke off its mount after they cleaned it. I would have been ok with it (mistakes happen), but they tried to hide it by loosely placing it back on the broken mount. It fell off at a stop light down the street, so I went back, but all they had to say was: "It was like that already. Not our problem."

This place was terrible i got the works and pd extra got the interior to get cleaned and mats shampoo b4 even leaving the place i made the re vacum ans wash the mats that the lady insisted she washed imazingly they werent even wet now after leacing i am noticing more and more og areas that werent wiped down. Ill go clean it myself now cause. I wouldnt trust them to clean my toilet.

Its hard to justify spending any amount of time or money with this business. They were consistent in one thing in my last 3 (and final) trips: Poor quality. Door jams are not dried out, water drips from all crevices of the vehicle and there is no quality assurance before delivering your car. Also, there are patches of dirty spots in various areas of the body. Every trip.

Best car wash in Contra Costa County! The staff are friendly and professional, and my car looks awesome afterwards. They vacuum your car first, then run it through a machine car wash, followed by a hand dry after. There is a great little convenience store (with AC) to explore while you wait - usually 5-10 min tops. Even the local police get their cars washed here!

On two occassion have accidently left items in my car (my fault)! BOTH times items have been stolen along with small misc change. Found my glass case on Ebay and bought it back. This time it was my coffee card from a small coffee shop in Alamo. Owner could care less If they only had spent the time vacuuming efficiently as looking for items to take.

I paid for a top wash and the car came back dirty. My windows were so smudged inside I had to stop on my way home and clean the inside so I could see. They didnt even vacuum under the car mats or bother to flip the seats in the back of my van to vacuum. I asked them if the cleaning I was paying for would cover this. I will never go back again

DONT DO IT. This place is shady. I have an 07 chevy truck truck with leather interior. They did a half ass job on everything and when i called them out on it, they had poped out my window control panel when i was not lookiing and on the driverside rear door and broke the clips off so now it wont stay flat.

I have been to this place 3-4 times. First two times was OK... always left dirt on the splash guards. Third time i noticed a crack in my windshield and the last time i went i got my car back with my rims messed up (the lip was gashed badly). Never going back to this place.

Boy, should I have listened to some of the reviews here. I ignored them, went there to get my car washed, and came back disappointed. I kid you not, my kids will do better job vacuuming inside. At least, now I know one place not to go back to, ever!

Even though I specifically asked to please clean the inside of my SUV better than the last times I have been there, they still didnt clean it well. The interior and the dashboard was dusty, and the rest of the interior was poorly vacuumed.

Had my 1997 Volvo completely detailed inside and out. They did a fantastic job. They removed all traces of cigarette smoke, got the stains in the carpet out and brought back the molding to a new Luster. Could not be more pleased. Randy

They were fast but not too thorough. The side windows had areas they missed and some areas on the dashboard area. To be fair the car was pretty dirty to begin with. It had been at least 2 months since I had it cleaned on the inside.

Noticeable management unfair treatment towards its employees. They alwas seem to be understaffed, especially on weekends. therefore quality wash goes out the window due to high demand and not enough employees.
