I completely say it is the worst customer service as in regards to the cashier, completely rude, tried to be as polite and kind both in English and Spanish but she seemed more upset about having to get off a personal in order to attend to 4 customers in line. I paid a good amount to have my vehicle cleaned exterior and interior. As I got into the vehicle it seemed cleaned drove off and when I get to my destination looked in the back carseat and back part had not been vacuum. Last time I go there, this was the 4th time and last that I go there. the last 2 times my truck had a scratch which they neglected to disclose. the time before that took my husbands vehicle and had a little dent which they also neglected to say I did see them looking at it but thought nothing off it until my husband noticed it 1hr later. Ive never had a problem with El Estero Car Wash I will definitely will wait next time instead and go there instead of Del Rey which I went because of it being closer and more convenient.

Nope is what I have to say about this place. Came in twice for a detail. First time was first thing on a Saturday morning and was told they only do those Mon-Thurs even though it doesnt say that on their website. I asked if they could do it if I brought it back on Monday and was told they could. I arrived at 8:45 Monday morning, website says to drop off between 8-10 for same day service, and was told they couldnt do it because they already had a vehicle that they were doing. Apparently they can only do one of these a day. They have lost my business forever!

If youre looking to get your car detailed, go somewhere else. If you just want to have a quick wash every month or so, $8 for the exterior express is good. The Ultimate Extreme Wash (I dont recall the exact name) is really just the exterior express with a vacuum job and some stuff to make your tires look shiny (ok, and they wash your windows by hand too). Overall, good for the basics, a little pricey for what you get with the ultimates...

They do a good enough job for a decent price but of course it never replaces your hard working effort and simply doing it yourself. They will not do anything extra unless you specifically ask for it. For example I didnt even know after coming here multiple-time that vacuuming the trunk was part of the package deal I had to specifically ask him to open my trunk and vacuum it. Not bad for a cheap Quick Car Wash, But not amazing either.

I used to go there often but now I will not go there anymore. The last time I went there and payed 30$ for a car wash I noticed that night that there was a bunch of trash in the back seat. After I contacted them they refused to do anything about it and wont stand behind their work. Go to el estero car wash they cost the same and stand by their work

Super fast was a plus. But maybe too fast. They missed so many simple spots. Im sure if I would have payed more than my 60 dollar clean interior and wax outside price it may have been better. Thats the 3rd time they have failed to my satisfaction. No thank you.

Theyre fast, my car smells good, and I get to leave happy. There are times when you have to point out to them a specific area you want clean because they overlook it. When its extremely busy, they do more of a sloppy job.

Expensive: $70 for everything inside and out. Unfortunately, left grime in creases inside and didnt vacuum tight spots around seats. So temper your expectations with this "4 star rating". Probably should be 3 stars.

They are friendly and nice. You will get your car in and out in a timely manner. Downside is that they sacrifice quality to save time. I would only recommend it for someone that needs to get in an out quick.

Way overpriced and the staff couldnt be more unfriendly. Asking a question will get you the evil eye and a hasty reply. My vehicle was well cleaned but after $28 and a 45 min wait I wouldnt expect less.

Poor quality work. they are in such a hurry for production, they dont do quality work. This is about QUANTITY not quality I DO NOT RECOMMNEND THIS ESPECIALLY FOR THE WORKS (THE MOST EXPENSIVE WASH)

Great deal for a very thorough car wash/interior clean. I get the basic wash for 22 (for a minivan; 20 for a sedan), and the inside and outside of my car are shockingly clean. They are quick too!

They did a great job on the exterior, the inside was nicely detailed but pet hair is not something They know how to remove (apparently) and will only vacuum the trunk if YOU open it.
