The owner truly cares about doing a good job. He is educated in all methods of detailing and paint restoration. Gabriel, one of the technicians who has worked on several of my black cars, strives and succeeds in doing a first class job. I am extremely fastidious about car maintenance. I had a detail business many years ago and I know a good shop from one that merely washes cars. The detail service here is a cut above. I would say it is the detailers detail shop and I have recommended them to many of my car friends. I will occasionally use the drive through for some of my rougher drivers, but I primarily stick to hand washing. The drive through is pretty good for what you pay, but dont expect a perfect wash with all brake dust removed from wheels, etc. But it is great to have a place to do a quick wash in a pinch. No complaints here!

Its been quite awhile since I had my car washed. I chose Clean Planet because my husband had been before and liked it. I chose the brushless "best" option. When I was done, I pulled over to push my mirrors back out. The attendant (Gabriel) noticed my car wasnt completely clean and told me I couldnt leave until it looked better. He explained the type of brushes in their system and that if its been awhile since the last wash, its necessary to use the brushes in order to get a good clean. He spent the next 15-20 minutes happily chatting with me and cleaning up my car! That kind of service is so rare these days. My husband and I plan on always driving here to get our vehicles washed, even with several choices closer to home. Great job Clean Planet and Gabriel! :) I am a very happy customer!

I purchased the "best" car wash which is $14. My car was relatively clean when I got there (nothing major, a little bit of pollen at most). After the wash, my I proceeded to use the free glass wipes that they give out, since I read another review that mentioned them. The wipes smelled nice and I only used them on my windows. When finished with the windows my car was still a little wet. I headed home (I didnt drive through a hurricane or enter in the Baja 500) and when I got there I got out of my car, eagerly waiting to see the beauty of my 2013 Altima that I keep very clean. Much to my dismay every painted surface was covered in spots and the insides of all the windows were covered in greasy streaks. I wont be returning.

The owner or manager is awesome and provided great customer service. During my first visit I saw that the wash had brushes which confused me because I thought it was a brushless wash. After backing out and watching a vehicle go through the owner or manager approached me and explained that you get a choice of brushless or brushed if you pick the middle or best wash. Then like an idiot I promptly forgot that and picked the cheap one. Luckily he was still there and changed it to brushless for me. Great customer service and I will definitely be going back.

Awesome car wash. Im driving 20 minutes from now on just to come here. Love that they have dash wipes where you pay for the wash; you can clean while you wait. The brush wash did a great job of cleaning my car up after it traveled across the country on the back of a truck. The vacuum worked fine as well. I also like the fact that there was actually an attendant there, and he came out and talked to me, and gave me a free air freshener. Awesome place! You can also choose a brush-less wash if you want.

This car was has 2 bays and can get crowed quickly. And the drive-in area can block the driveway so I would recommend going on off hours (after hours are cheaper too). Just under $15 for the best wash package. 4 Vacuums with freshness. No carpet shampoo. Vending machine Food & Products PROs: -Attendant there during the day. -Towels available for drying after the wash -Wet wipes available to clean interior prior to was (or during) -Gift cards available Cons: -Busy (at times) -Price -Weak vacuums

Great auto detail service by the people at Clean Planet Car Wash. I originally missed my appointment and called to apologize. They were very courteous and tried to squeeze me in if another appointment canceled. It didnt happen but I was lucky enough to get an appointment by the weeks end. The car detail was about 2 hours and they did a great job. My Mazda know looks brand new and I couldnt be happier about it. I highly recommend this place for other people that need their first auto detail.

Usually hand wash my vehicles but was out of time on the way to meet a client and decided to use Clean Planet because they had done great detailing work on my vehicles before they sold the business. Should have opted for brushless wash, hadnt even made the first payment on this car and I had two new dents in the hood and one on the rear quarter panel. Now the $14.99 premium wash will cost me an additional $300 in paintless dent removal services. Im just sick

Sat in line for over 1/2 an hour because only one lane was working. I still had two cars ahead of me when the lane that was working stopped mid wash of another vehicle. It then said that it was out of order. There was no attendant there. Over 6 of us left. The door to the lobby was locked but the door to the car wash mechanical stuff was open but again no one was there. Disappointing. Friday 2:20pm-3ish

I wanted a coat of Gtechniq protectant for a new black Lexus. After shopping around and talking some with folks here, I decided they could do work as quality as any out there. They were the most economical choice as well, as it happens. They got the work done on time and as advertised and I am really pleased with the work. Id return and recommend the place to anyone.

I took my car to Clean Planet when it had been damaged by over spray while sitting at a dealership. They worked hard at fixing the paint, cleaning the windows and returning the car to where it was before ( the car is only two years old) The guys at the shop treated my car like their own and I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them.

Good options for soft brush and brush-less washes. This is our favorite car wash in the area. However, a few months ago they changed out the machines with new ones that have more fancy flashing lights. Weve noticed that since then the spray isnt as consistent. Kind of hoping they revert back to a simpler, more reliable wash system.

The car wash did not get all of huge and stuff off of my car, so I had to do a bit of scrubbing myself. The staff was friendly, I wished they would have assisted me more with the bugs. Location is great. Car wash was clean and well cared for. I used the soft brushes not the touch free, but will try it next time.

Worst car wash I have ever been to! I just left, got home, and went to look at the results of the wash and the paint is badly chipped up on the hood from the "soft brush"! I have never left a review for any business however I am shocked at how terrible that place is.
