The manager called me a liar when his own worker caused my car to rear end the car in front of me. The manager claims he was there, but he lied about that. I trusted the workers, who are routinely unfriendly, to do their job. I braked and put my car in neutral. Im a professional driver, so it insulted my intelligence to be told I dont know know how to brake and put a car in neutral. As a side note, the older black guy who works there always scowls at me and snubs giving my car a brush wash, but he goes out of his way to give everyone else a wash. I dont know why the workers and management here are so unfriendly and unprofessional, and I dont know why they lied. Their customer service is terrible. I spoke to the manager to try to make it right. He failed, so he lost my business, and I had a membership. Im taking my business to Elephant or Costco. Brown Bear deserves its sketchy reputation.

Always quick and efficient service at the Ballard Brown Bear car wash. Ive learned to wait until Sunday because it is busier on Saturday. whenever I have the dealer service my vehicle, he gives me a pass to Brown Bear car wash. The price is competitive with Costco, with the added service of a bunch of powerful vacuums. We like it!

Great set up, the pre-scrub by the attendant could have been better but after washing they have towels and spray you can use to spiffy up your ride.
