My daughter went to get her car washed. She was directed by the rude attendant to line the car up so her car could go through the wash. He kept directing her to turn her wheel to line up but she told him it wouldnt turn anymore so he kept on directing her as he gave attitude as if she didnt know what she was doing. Needless to say when she left she want to get something to eat and when she came out her tire was flat. A police officer pulled up to her and asked if she needed help. He then changed her tire and said the tire could not be saved because it was a tear on the tread? How else would it be a complete tear of it wasnt for the aweful direction of the attendant. I called and was told the manager is on vacation for a week and no one else can help me. To come in and get a card? So guess I will have to buy a new tire for her this week but just sad that no one is there to handle these types of situations when the boss is gone. Would they reimburse for tire? Who knows guess I gotta wait a week or two?

This is the least trust-worthy car wash in the area. Just bought a SUV-2009 , less than 2000 miles and their machine did $13000+ in damage. The attendant, assistant manager, and manager admitted fault, but upon receiving the estimate, the regional manager denied any wrong doing. Dont use this car wash, they wont deliver on their word!

Had to cancel my monthly membership because of my Thule bike rack. They wanted me to take it off to enter the wash. My rack is in a hitch and super heavy so theres no way I can take it on and off every time I wash. Pretty disappointed!!!

I get my car washed at Brown Bear all the time, I usually only go when a specific car attendant (AJ) is working because, of his outstanding customer service and friendly approach. I have never had a bad experience when he is there.

Its good for an automated car wash. I would like the driers to work better, or have staff hand wipe the car when its done... Or at least provide towels that arent falling apart.

You can towel off your car with a provided damp towel afterwards. Theyll give you an air freshener if you ask. Need coins to buy vacuuming.
