Car was left extremely dirty still and covered in soap. Was going to buy an unlimted monthly plan till they told me they needed me to put stickers all over my brand new car. Update got home to wash car (soap all over it and still dirty) scratched all my rims put a huge scratch down the back and side and tore off the covering of my door handle. So made. Worst part about it. When i called they tried to tell me i couldnt get any help till tuesday. She refused to call her manager about the fact they messed up my brand new car.

Kenny is a extremely unacceptable shouldnt be working there! This is my first review Ive ever done shows how disappointed I am I will never go there again,I get up to 6 car washes a week I will not be a Brown bear customer anymore unfortunately.

love this place. got the unlimited washes and go here almost too often. just be sure to wipe down the excess water off the car because they will either leave spots or drag dirt across the car. hasnt really damaged paint as far as I could see.

4 stars (no particular reason). I signed up for the $20 monthly plan for unlimited car washes in the early part of September 2016 and I have taken my car almost every day since.

Leaves dirty finish, need to rinse with fresh water afterwards. Windows are hazy. Think about why they offer towels to dry off your car when youre done.

There carwash always does a great job. This is a specific review to the 38th location. Im not as fond of the Parkland or Lakewood locations

My experiences at this location have been excellent overall. Be careful pulling into this gas stop as the intersection is very busy!
