Oh so bad! My Pathfinder really didnt need a wash but was in need of some dusting and vacuuming so I sprung for the $89 "detail" job. they kept assuring me they would call as soon as it was ready, estimated for around 11am. This was a weekday, not a busy weekend. I finally called about 1pm and was told it had been ready for "quite a while". When I got there, the vehicle was parked a fair distance from the office, all the windows down and completely unlocked. I guess they shampooed the carpets because they were wet and had paper on them, but when I lifted the paper the carpets had not been vacuumed at all. Dash had not been wiped down, crumbs on back seat (I dont even know where those came from - no one has ever eaten in the back seat of my car). When I asked to talk with the manager, it took over 20 minutes to round him up, and his response was "make an appointment and bring it back and well vacuum it." I had already driven 8 miles one-way to bring the vehicle in and didnt appreciate being told to make another round trip and waste most of another day. Manager didnt offer to reduce the price or make any concession. I filed a complaint on their website over two months ago and still have not heard a word from the head office. TOTAL waste of time, gas and money.

They changed us $701.00! There employee put the decimal in wrong when she gave us the receipt she said I put it down wrong but we didnt take the money out. So just to make sure I looked up my account and it showed $701.00 was taking out. We asked to speak to a manager the manager gave us attitude and said there was anything she could do and walked away from our car. We waited in the car talking to another employee ( which by the way he should be a manager) we finally got the manager to talk to us again she said that her boss wasnt answering the phone so there was nothing they can do we were going to have to wait a total of 12- 48 hours to get our money back ! We left to try to get to a bank before they closed on are way to the bank we got a call from the manager asking us to come back because she finally got a hold of her manager. We went back they told us that we should have our money back in A couple of hours or at the very least by the morning. Its the next day and our money is not in our account! And now we have to wait until Monday to even try to get the money back! MAKE Sure yall double check your receipts !

After going through the wash I went around the corner to have it vacuumed. I pulled into the only bay that had other cars in it and waited for more insturction. After a bunch of employees passed me and staired at me but didnt bother to talk to me I got out and proceeded to the lobby. After sitting there an employee got into my car then came back to me and said they wanted my keys to move my car because I was in the wrong spot. I said i would move it if someone tells me where to go I just didnt know because no one would talk to me. Another employee said well we come and get you and tell you you were wrong. At this point more cars pulled in front of me and I ended up waiting even longer. I sat back down then proceeded to listen to the employees bad mouth me for asking those questions. Normally I dont post negitive reviews. I usually just chalk it up to one bad day. But the way I was treated really struck a nerve. I wont be coming g back to this location.

The Stark Street location of Washman is very good. There is a huge "vacuum bay" with hoses on either side of your car to make vacuuming easy. There are also stands with clips to hold your floor mats while you vacuum them. The vacuums are free to use with the purchase of a car wash (wash first, vacuum afterwards). The car wash itself is pretty good, but doesnt adequately dry your windshield (so one must use his or her wipers to drive away). My only other complaints are that maneuvering is a bit tricky as the entrance to the wash is very tight, and the attendants do not fold in your door mirrors as most other places do.

Ive only used the automated car wash and vacuumed my cars. The automated wash is alright it gets most of the dirt off but I still have to wipe off the excess water and soap from behind the hood guard and the sunroof guard. The vacuums are strong and get my car clean quickly its even faster when two of us get each side of the car. I havent had to ask the personnel anything because i can usually figure things out on my own so I only know that they take money really well and try to get everyone through quickly.

Ive never had a problem coming to the location and getting what I needed done, done. Ive read a lot of the reviews and quite honestly they seem to talking in regards to the washman on Burnside, using words like "bad manager", "lobby" and "detail prices to high". Just to let everyone know this washman doesnt offer detail and the manager normally isnt on site. You pull up pay get the wash and vacuum and youre on your way. I prefer this location out of all of them.

my husband and i pulled up too their car wash on 07/17/2013 at 5:40pm and they told us that they were already closed for the night but they had two other cars that were behind us go through and we now will find somewhere too get our car washed after that tonight weve been going too Washmans car wash in gresham oregon for five years now and now we will find somewhere else too get our car washed from now on...

Go somewhere else. After my trip from the coat, they "washed" my car. Next morning I looked at front bumper there were still lots of bugs. When I came back, they said "sorry, you should looked how we washed your car yesterday. Nothing we can do about it today."

I chose "the works" package which is supposed to be the deluxe wash. The car looked good, with the exception of the wheels. I had to get a cloth and go over them by hand. They offer free vaccuming with wash but the power level was poor.

Two days in a row I have went to the one on 242nd & Stark to wash and vacuum after work and they have closed before 7! Went there yesterday at 6:40 and today at 6:45. If you close at 7 then you need to accept customers until then!

What can you really expect from an automatic car wash? I guess you just expect it to clean your car and it does that so all in all, I had a good experience. I like that you can clean put your car with their vacuums for free.

Bad car wash the first time around closing and had to wait until the next day to rewash. They remembered me, and I had a receipt, but if they didnt remember me, perhaps I would have wasted $12 on a car wash
