STOP AND THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE....! Brown Bear Car Wash is just around the corner and is a real car wash, $20 per month subscription for UNLIMITED CAR WASHES. You can wash your car as many times as you want per day, week or month. Best of all Brown bear REALLY cleans your car with brushes. Dont support this brushless garbage.

Tri-foam was frozen, which was understandable, so I bought the $10 wash (deluxe?). Did a pretty good job getting the car clean, but it did leave a bunch of soap on my car after I went through the dryer. The dryer didnt do much either. I wasnt impressed, Ill keep looking for a better touchless.

Horrible Car Wash. My car came out with soap lines and spots all over. Same with my windows. My car was still dirty afterwards. The dryer didnt even dry my car half way. I had to go back home and rewash my car. I want my money back. AVOID THIS CAR WASH A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

If I could give this place a NO star I would. I spent $10 on a car wash that didnt even clean my car. There was so much soap leftover, I had to go home to rewash it ! What a disappointment. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

These folks have a monopoly on car washes in Puyallup til Brown Bear arrived. Expensive and every time I leave Elephant my car is still dirty. Everything is computerized so no employee to complain to. I will go elsewhere from now on

Does a pretty good job but I had just come from a hike on a dirt road and it got it 90% clean. The one arm thing is a little slow too. Again not bad maybe for a touch up clean but going from dirty it may be underwhelming.

I either buy the $11 or $14 car wash and there is ALWAYS soap left over on my car...not to mention the dryers start before the rinse cycle is done and actually stops when there is 5 seconds of drying left.

Nothing. This was seriously the worst car wash Ive ever used. My car looks exactly like it did when I went in. So sad. Money is hard to come by these days and I just feel ripped off

Trifoam frozen is only the start. It rinsed with soapy water, and the dryers did nothing but streak the soapy water. Came out of the wash dirtier than I went in. STAY AWAY.
