Went through the wash and watched the waterproof strips fly off my car! When we got out to take a look we noticed a screw in our liscense plate was missing and the plate was bent. When the manager came over she blamed the car saying they must not have glued it very well. Seriously? So she went to "look" for it in the car wash and after one minute of "searching" found nothing, then said we must not have had that piece to begin with. No apologies. No nothing. I cannot believe the lack of responsibility. A simple sorry would have been nice, but instead she blamed our brand new car... Will not be returning. Pics posted.

This Brown Bear location is usually fairly busy with summer being peak season for car washes. I have not had any issues with this car wash facility and it generally cleans quite well. It is affordable, and they even have a monthly plan for those who have to keep the ride squeaky clean at all times. As I mentioned above, the clean is generally hood but tough stuck on stuff may not come off with their basic Beary Clean. I am not sure if the higher tier washes would do a better job. Overally, I am happy with this locations services and will be back!

Soo much unprofessional and careless employees and bad service. I was in the car wash dunno what happen the wash stopped suddenly and someone hit my car. I got my number plate frame broken and few scratch on the bumper, later when I asked them for the information so I can fix my damage they tried to ignored me and asked me to leave. I told them that I dont want to take any responsibility on me then they said go get it fixed and give us the receipt. That wasnt fair at all cuz they are responsible for the damage and they ignored me.....

DO NOT BUY THE UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP!! Brown bear forces purchasers of this to surrender their personal and financial information, AND install a tracker RFID chip of theirs on YOUR windshield AFTER you purchase the membership at the terminal. (forced contract terms under duress AFTER the purchase has been made...EXTREMELY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!)

Consistently washes the car well. They provide complementary towels to dry your car off. On nice days, the line can be extremely long and often discourages me from getting the car washed. They also provide a monthly membership, at a fixed cost, that allows you to wash your car every day, if you want.

I love being signed up for their monthly service. Going to the carwash in the PNW can be tricky...it is nice to know you can go back for a redo if needed to keep the gunk that collects even in rainy weather. Their towels going through so you can tidy up the interior is such a nice feature

Could not get the card reader machines to work with any of our cards... I dont know if they were malfunctioning or if it was on us due to the unclear instructions on the machine but we ran out of coins before we were done and we were unable to add more time because of this problem.

I subscribe to their Unlimited Service. Of all their locations, this is by far my favorite. Great staff. Plenty of room after tunnel wash to dry off car. Lot is very clean. I also like the self-wash area to spray clean my floor mats. Air fresheners are the best in the biz.

Theyll get your car clean quickly. Motorized car wash; fast service. Make sure that your antenna and front plates are removed or secure - otherwise the wash may cause damage. Theyre always running deals and specials so you rarely have to pay full price. Good experience here.

I wouldnt recommend this service to a friend. I found a few long scratches on the hood after using their automated car wash service. It sucks! I didnt have them before the service. It was my first time ever using an automated service and for sure my last one.

I have done the automatic wash before which is good. The automatic wash and the guys shaping the back of your vehicle do a crappy job. The self service was fine but the vacuums that I pulled up to smelled of stale piss. The cost is about the same.

The best thing about this brown bear is that they supply towels and cleaning spray you can use at the vacuum area to wipe down the whole interior of your car. Thats super convenient and is how you get that prep detailed look

I love this Brown Bear site because there are many selfwasherss and also automated ones with vallets. There are always vacuums available and also parking space out of the machines for drying or cleaning inside.

You can use your credit card here which is a big plus. The facility is clean and well lit. Since this car wash is off Hwy 99 it gets very busy so you might have to wait.
