Great employees, they are always helpful incase you leave your sunroof open on accident before you enter the car wash machine haha. I would recommend doing the $12 wash as it does very well clean my car but Ive noticed the back bumper doesnt get cleaned that well on my 2004 Infiniti G35, but thats alright because this is only a lazy car wash alternative for me as I usually wash my car myself haha.

Terrible experience, weve been coming here for a long time. And a guy forcely cut in line. We were in a car and he forcely cut in front of us. We let an employe know before he forcely cut us to tell him to go to the back of the line, and he said he would do something about it. And he didnt say anything to the guy, and he ended up cutting us, and getting away with it.

Great place! VERY long lines, but didnt take as long as I thought it would. If people let others in, like the zipper effect, then it goes much smoother. I like that they have the tunnel washes. If I wanted to hand wash my car, Id wash it at home.

Worst customer-service that lady was mad. After she screamed at me aggressively for giving me wrong directions to get into the car wash she looked at me with an aggressive face Like go away and dont come back Smh

Typical Brown Bear, so a decent wash. I usually feel like they run it through a bit fast here, but it could just be perception. Convenient location though the exit is a couple car lengths onto auburn way.

I dont go as often since the price went up to $7 for a basic wash, but its nice. Depending on your employee they may/may not do a pre-wash brush like theyre supposed to, so that part is usually a gamble.

Its an older Brown Bear but it gets the job done. Its not nearly as efficient as some of the newer Brown Bears in operation but the staff does a good job.

Pretty Good most of the time but sometimes not all of the dirt gets washed. For $14 bucks a wash I want it clean 100% every time i go through.
