I recently took my two vehicles to Classy Chassis in Lakewood, WA. - The end result was disappointing. Not only was there so much confusion on what I wanted done to my vehicles with the staff, but they did a terrible job on BOTH vehicles. Not to mention, they tried giving my keys back at the end and saying "See Ya" before I even paid for the services. The first vehicle was a GMC Sierra 2500 and the ONLY thing I wanted done was the upholstery and carpets shampooed. There was urine residue in the back seat from a car ride with my dogs, and I mentioned this to them multiple times, to multiple staff members, how it was my main concern to not smell that urine anymore (because were about to have a newborn.) Along with the inside being shampooed, I wanted it run through their quick "do it yourself" wash, and I didnt expect much from that to begin with. When I got home and actually fully inspected what they had done, it smelt worse than it did when I brought it to them. Paying for an "extraction" and it seeming like they sprayed the inside down with a hose and air-dried it was NOT what I paid for. And writing this review now, 2 weeks later, it still smells of urine heavily. It seems as if they brought it up even more and never shampooed it away. As well as some slimy red residue left on the seats and parts of the carpet. What did they do exactly?? When I tried wiping the residue off, I also noticed they didnt bother vacuuming the vehicle out to begin with. Is that what people do now-a-days? They couldnt even vacuum the dog hair out before soaking my seats in soap water then towel drying them? I paid for a service that I never received and seeing how I had to redo everything by myself; including picking up clumps of dog hair, having a urine smell that is way more distinct than it was previously, and having red stains now, I won’t be suggesting them to anyone for a shampooing there. On to my second vehicle, (my husband and I took them at the same time), what was requested was a hand-wash and wax; the size of my Chevy Tahoe was too large to fit through the “do it yourself” wash, as well as a full rim/tire polish. Upon tipping the guy that did this ‘job’ – we thought the truck looked amazing. Getting it home though – different story. Paying $80 for a wax alone, it should’ve been a lot nicer than what we received. They completely missed parts; they didn’t bother washing the top of the vehicle, underneath mirrors, or even the side bars, bumpers, and emblems. If I paid for a full service, I at least expected it to be decent to the point where I don’t feel the need to “write a review.” It was disgusting seeing the top of the vehicle caked in dirt still, how it was never touched to begin with. And about the rims being polished? That never happened either, they washed them with a spray hose, put some tire shine on and called it good. All in all, don’t bother hitting this place up if you want anything more than a CAR wash. Not a TRUCK wash, because they proved they can’t do trucks or bigger vehicles. Maybe it was our fault for not fully inspecting the vehicles before we left, but who wants to be that person to point and complain, over and over again, circling the vehicle for a half an hour, noting things that we not done right or not done at all. Hope this review helps someone out there!

Its a sunny day and i was thinking about taking my car into classy chassis for an interior detail. I began reading all of the comments and ratings and unfortunately it has reminded me of all the chances Ive given them over the years. Ive done 6 interior details with classy chassis over the last 5 years and i have been disappointed all but 1 of those times. Every time i go back, i let the receptionist know that i always have to ask for the services to be re-done because they only shampoo the face of the seats (not the sides or back) and once it dries it looks worse than when i brought it in. Every time, the receptionist assures me she/he will remind the employees to be thorough. Of course they never are, i have to personally point out to them what is wrong with the job theyve just done and i always get an attitude followed by a quick once over to appease me, i end up leaving feeling frustrated because Ive just spent close to 100 dollars for something i couldve paid my little brother $20 for (if i had the shampooer). We as customers should not be put in a position to have to correct somebody, its uncomfortable. The job needs to be done correctly the 1st time and that could be accomplished with thorough training and better hiring practices. For anyone reading this, i have been to classy chassis on Custer many times and i feel like this is just the way they are, theyre obviously not going to change. Its been several years and several opportunities (each time hoping for a better experience). I love the idea of an all encompassing service station for autos, i just wish they could deliver on the promises they deliver to their patrons.

We had a Mercedes Benz 500S interior detailed at this location....after going back and forth with the supposed (detail) manager who supposedly kept calling the owner and coming back telling us to call his office #(the office of the location we are in) or email him, because they dont give refunds and to come back another time to have it redone...the young man said the owner was at a different location so we asked what location well show him ourselves then we were told he was traveling to all the locations. After about 20 mins another woman (the GM) came apologized and had the car taken directly back to clean it....At this point Im only giving one star...well see what the outcome is......TO BE CONTINUED...so after waiting another 2 hours...they did not call to say they were finished with the vehicle but it was parked out front when we came back... they wiped the ash trays vacuumed a bit more no refund no apologies from the owner...no offer of anything but the owner saying " they did 200 worth of work! And said he wasnt going to do a $400 detail for $200...so your admitting you could do a better job and no one quoted us $400 or offered a better detail for a different price...STAY AWAY FROM CLASSY CHASSIS. ..AND TO ADD I stopped getting coffee here too I went from an everyday customer to not coming back to the coffee stand because of how the manager treated us one time when my coffee wasnt right....but thats a whole other review! And keep in mind these are just a few of the pics of the NOT SO "DETAILED" detail job!

I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews. I would not take my vehicle here for a Detail job as all they really do is do a sloppy vacuum job and clean the surface areas that are visible. I took it back to them so they could actually clean the truck however it seems all they did was hold my truck a short time and then call and say it was done. I demanded that I get a refund on the detail job however that turned into a big runaround in which they wanted me to give them a third chance at doing a job they could not do in the first place. I would highly encourage people to go elsewhere and from what I see of the posts here I am not alone. the only reason that I gave them one star is that it wont allow me to post without at least one star. My Wife told me to just chalk up the money spent as a learning experience. I encourage anyone thinking of using this place to just pay some high school kid to clean your car as it wont cost as much and they will do a better job.
