UPDATE !!!! I Got a call from an employee which I must return but I am giving thrre stars now for the follow up call as I said I would. shoved my antenna halfway into trunk broke it out of electric mount. warned me that antenna could break during cleaning process but they would put plastic cover on to help prevent breakage. proceeded into wash kept wait ing for protective sleeve to be put on. never happened instead antenna snapped for sure. there was no one behind me they could have just let me back out if they weren t going to provide what they said. instead they made a couple of dollars and cost me almost $65 to have the antenna replaced took a couple of weeks to even find one. when i went into the office to fill out the damage form there were numerous other forms on the clip board filled out by customers. i would guess that most people dont follow up on the complaint so the loss to the car wash owner is small. i was immediatley discouraged to pursue the matter in thier office and i am still waiting for a follow up phone call to correct the damage to my car. to be fair anyone who has gotten a call about damage to thier car please post a positive review. i assume i am the only one who hasn t gotten a follow up phone call. its been three months. i think less time reponding to posts online and more time calling customers that have filled out forms would be a positive begining by the owner. please dont post to me on here instead call me about my 1995 honda accord with the broken antenna. i will gladly change my review when the matter is setteled wether i like the results or not i would give two more stars just for a follow up phone call. my paper work should be easy enough to find how many accords with broken antenna s could there be. if your truly concerned i guess we will speak soon. thanks

This is a car wash right ? 1 I live down a dusty rode .. so I do clean my car often .. I go to the one in Lakewood as well and puyallup , and Im a regular customer , I have never once got told I cant use there product nor if I wanted to do a wipe down my own car , even with my own rag , I used the air hose ( they had outside ) to blow the dust off , on just my rims and wipe the dust off my car , kid came out and asked if I worked at the one in Lakewood , I said no , why ? blunt out ... You cant be usein are product or air , . RUDE for one , the worst customer services ever , I will go spend my money else were for now on ... 1 u dont ask a customer if he works in a Lakewood car wash , two u dont just say u cant use are product, Then go vacumn my car then !!!!! And u defiantly dont push a customer away ... U come to a customer and asked if theres anything I can help u with , and Im sorry sir we do the work and Im sorry we cant have u use are product , " be cause of chemicals" air hose , this time only ,...... Very very disappointed in Puyallup classy chassis car wash , if u read this BOSS / owner I was there before 6 pm on 6/5 , I say u need to teach employees better customer service, ill be glady to help with that !!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this business for anyone who cares about there car. I went there today and their car wash broke my rear windshield wiper. Their comment was my vehicle was over five years old and this is most likely normal wear and tear. The service is far from good. If I pay for detail service I expect detail. Not the half assed service I got. Never going to waiste money on their service again. Next time I am going to a professional that does detailed work at a fraction of the cost that this business charges. As I sit here typing this I am watching their employee from across the stree look at the top of my vehicle and not wax it. Guess he doesnt know Im watching. Like I said if you want half assed work come to this place. *****update***** Yes Reggie did call me and Im glad you are replacing the wiper. That still doesnt address your subpar service. Address any issues? How about integrity? The top of my car wouldnt have been touched if I didnt say something. Half assed service is what you will get if you come to this business. Thanks for your vague response though.

Stopped to get a car wash at 6pm (car wash closes at 7) and was told that they could not take any more cars because it was too close to closing time. I know for a fact that I have taken my car to them after 6pm in the past as I dont get off work until late. One of the most frustrating things about this experience is the fact that there was not a single car in the line up besides mine. The man I spoke to also insisted that I pay to go through the automated care wash instead of backing up to get out. I had to pay $8 to just get out of the car wash without anything I asked for. I have taken my car here several times and Classy Chassis has done a very mediocre job in the past, but I have tried to give them several chances hoping that it is an individual problem and not the company as a whole. However, I am incredibly disappointed in the "service" I received at Classy Chassis in Puyallup now more than ever and will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

I took my vehicle to the Puyallup venue last week and was really impressed with the young girl that I first dealt with. She was kind, helpful and efficient and we clearly discussed what Id like done that day. However, the young man who took over once my vehicle had gone through the automated car wash was not to helpful. I had ordered their most expensive detailing but not only did the young man miss several areas of my vehicle, but I believe he also pushed my electric wing mirrors back in to place rather than using the electrics! I tried to adjust them after I left, using the electric system and they made a bad grinding and popping noise as they popped in to place. I have had issues with them since then. So I was not pleased with the level of service or care for my vehicle overall. By the time Id asked the young man to clean areas of my car that hed missed no less than 3 times, I just decided to leave.

my car looks great. they did a very good job. the down side about this place is that it only looks like a drive through car wash, and I got a interior detail. I had to walk back and forth across their parking lot 5 times to finally get someone to start on my car. I couldnt see a place to pull in for detail service, and there was no one that was ready to help customers. I had to walk through their drive through car wash and that didnt feel safe. I had to do it again to pick up my car. they should really think about a better spot for their office, or maybe another one to help customers from.
