My husband and I took our Lexus in to get washed. We figured to come here since we havent been and it was close to home. We got the 16 dollar wash along with carnauba. As we went through they gave everyone the same wash. Nothing changed so for starters I believe we got taken on 4 dollars. Thats not even the worst part. We heard a loud thump to the passenger side back fender wheel. So when we got home we noticed 2 chips out of the paint just about the back tire. Along the front on the hood there were 2 very long and noticeable scrapes all the way through the paint job to see white. Along with that it was still dirty. I would post pictures but I dont even think they would accept them on here. I did try to call and told the young lady that I needed to speak to a manager. Told her what happened and all she did was offer to give us a free car wash. Why would I want a free car wash if it scratched my car in the first place? I told her I needed a manager, she said give me a moment and put me on hold. Next thing I know the line hung up and when I called back it was busy. I wont be going back.

Ive had some problems here. The driers have been down which left water and soap on my car. The staff seems indifferent. When I brought it up I was just given a roll of paper towels to deal with it myself. They do have free vacuums, but it doesnt make up for the poor wash. They really need to wash your car with brushes manually before sending you through, and give their rinse and dry stages.

The guy was nice. Told me he would let me run my car through twice because he didnt think the bird poop would come off the first time. He was right. Expensive car waah to say they dont clean the rims/tires. The vacuum turns off every minute. That is inconvient. To have to stop and get out to go press the bottom again. Close to home so it works. Just doesnt compare to fife Tahoma car wash.

$20 and my truck still had some big dirty spots on side of the door, and my rims are still completely dirty.. No mud, no sludge, just a layer of dirt dust. This place sucks, this is the third time Ive had this problem. Never going back and I will recommend everyone I know to not come here.

Friendly staff. Free do it yourself vacuum stations. Our vehicle still had a few spots though, and its a little pricey. Overheard another customer pointing out a few spots left after the car wash, and the attendant was very good at making sure they left with a clean car. We will try again.

I love this car wash and bought the membership. The wash itself is good as far as a car wash is concerned, however the hours are limiting, opening at 8;00! After many are at work and closing at 7:00pm. So when I drive up at 6:49 and find the wash already closed, I am a little unhappy!

If i could give it 0 stars i would! do NOT go here! their machines ruined my paint job, it left scratches and swirls in my clear coat and paint have had this car less than a week and now it needs repainted/clear coated. hoping when i call tomorrow this issue will be resolved.

Paid 20 for the best wash they offer, my bmw was still dirty afterwards, my wheels were still filthy, and to top it off, my paint got chipped on both sides by the rear quarter panel. Not worth the hassle. Go to perfect shine auto salon if you want a real wash and wax.

I honestly wouldnt even give these guys one star. My boyfriends car, and my mothers brand new car were both chipped from the hard ass bristles. I wouldnt recommend going here to anyone. Its supposed to get rid of the dirt, not scrape the damn paint off the car.

So glad a carwash opened close to our area! Paid for the middle one and paid 12 dollars for the suv. It took about 2 mins total and it was basic soap and water and rinse. Nothing special, left most areas still dirty. I would not recommend this place.

If you wash your car more than twice a month, these guys are the ones to go to. Get a monthly pass and wash as many times as you wish! Vacuum service is available free for customers, no more rolls of quarters going down the slot.

Nice car wash. My car was clean even though it can seem a little high but the vacuum is free so it balanced out. It is right down the street from my house so I am saving gas compared to driving far just to get a cheap wash.

Ok, it was $20 to get the wash (there are cheaper options though), which seems expensive to me... but it was great, quick, easy, and I felt comfortable that my vehicle wasnt going to get damaged by old equipment.

Drove up with a little bit of dirt on my car and they said it was to dirty for their wash. Went home and sprayed it lightly with the garden hose and my car looked brand new. My car is a 95 4runner...

Great car wash!!!! BUT wish they were open 24/7 like others are. Most close the vacuums and leave the car wash portion open, which is helpful to us who have busy schedules. Just a suggestion.

Just what you would expect from a Drive-in carwash! Really nice and helpfull employees, nice place nice location and they have FREE vacuums for paying customers!!! RIDE THE WAVE BABY!

Price is good, different place with glass walls. Its fun. Cant tell if its scratching my paint or not, I think it might be but its hard to prove.

Does a good job. Noticed lately the dryers arent drying as well. Maybe just colder out? I always bring a towel anyway.

Probably the best automatic car wash in the area. Gets your tires clean and they provide free vacuums for customers
