this place is fantastic. hardly ever a wait, and very straightforward bays. Ive never had any issue with the equipment there - they are on top of things if anything does wear (as anything in life does) and everything has always ran smoothly while there. I mainly just use their pressure washer now and finish up with my own detailing, but even when I was using their brushes, I never experienced scratching with them as I have seen from other DIY bays, leading me to believe they stay on top of keeping them clean (which is very important for a wash - dirt and debris in the brushes will cause scratching of your vehicles paint, and this detail is sadly overlooked at many places.) I will always recommend this place to locals. if youre car is coming out with "spots" from here, its because youre not drying your car and following up with post wash protocols. if you think the air gun provided is enough to dry your car (most places dont seem to have these, which makes drying easier but not perfect) then you still have much to learn about detailing. this place has everything you need to get a quality wash which is the foundation of a quality detail.

Great place! Everything works well, construction is attractive, layout is perfectly functional. Machine gives tokens for cash; I always get extras and keep them handy in my glove box. My wife and I have always washed and vacuumed our car here since moving to the Bay Area. Agree with other users who say there is satisfaction in doing the job yourself. "If you want a job done right, do it yourself." I cant believe people would rate a DIY place low; it obviously reflects on the poor job they did for themselves... they must be lazy complainers. LOL

The first thing you want to do when you wash your car is use a high pressure hose to rinse off the dirt. Well the hose at this place does not discharge water under high pressure (yes, I squeezed the trigger). I deposited 5 dollars in the machine and got absolutely zero service. Zero. A total rip off. No phone number to call. There is a mailbox marked Refund but I could find no form to fill out.

I was just there and it has NOT been bulldozed. It does hide, though. It is RIGHT across the unnamed little street from the post office. If you cant find it, go to the post office and look north. The bays are hit-or-miss. Some of them are great. Others, not so much. As of this moment, 1 & 3 are good; 4 is bad. The vacuums in the back are excellent.

Im very dissatisfied from this place. Whats the point of going to a car wash to clean your car if it then leaves water spots from the hard water they are using. I want my money back. Now I have to waste more money, time, and water to get these dumb water spots off my car. Not going back.
