I was involved in an accident there yesterday, May 18th. My car got stuck in the carwash and the car behind me rear ended me. At the end of the carwash I got stuck on the belt and put my car into drive to drive out, stepped on the peddle, and couldnt move. Both me and the car behind repeatedly honked for help as the sign posted at the exit says to do before the collision. No worker came to help and the guy behind me said he even saw one of the workers pointing and laughing about it as the collision happened. I spoke to the manager, Steven, which blamed me for the whole thing. He didnt apologize or offer anything to either one of us, instead he repeatedly blamed me. The guy behind me said he didnt think it was my fault. He told me last time he went there they broke his antenna off his car. Im waiting to hear back from corporate and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Their staff is horrendous, the manager didnt even approach me after what happened, I had to approach him. He wasnt even present at first but the guy who hit me from behind called him in. Steven repeatedly blamed me and said it wasnt their fault, didnt offer an apology or anything. He was exceptionally rude. This is surprising how a new business treats their customers.

I love it here. This place actually uses brushes which, I feel, do a much better and more thorough job than brushless laser washes. I wouldnt raise a concern with the car wash itself, more with the people that use it. I swear, every time, I get stuck behind a person that has never operated a car in thier life. Car into neutral, foot off the brake. Two very simple instructions that people really have a hard time understanding. Any way, keep up the great work Brown Bear!

This car wash is so awesome. I got the berry bright and it was 9.00. Wish every penny. Took only 1 minute and I have no clear coat on my hood when I got the car and its shiny. Ive tried waxing, everything. Could never get it shiny. so Shiny now. Time to take some pictures of my beautiful car. Baby looks good.

LOVE IT...BRAND NEW AND DOES A GREAT JOB...BOUGHT THE UNLIMITED PACKAGE...THE BEAR OUT FRONT IS AWESOME...GOOD JOB ONE THE SETUP OF THIS PLACE...I KNOW IT TOOK A WHILE...WE SWITCHED OVER FROM THE NEW ONE ON CANYON...THIS PLACE IS SMALLER BUT MACHINES WORK BETTER AND STAFF IS MUCH NICER!

Had never been to this location but I was driving through the area on their 60th anniversary free car wash day so I thought Id take advantage of the offer. Even though they were crazy busy, everyone working there was very friendly and seemed to be in a good mood.

Is it weird that one of my favorite companies is a car wash? Brown Bear Car Wash does an excellent job at cleaning your car. They will even rewash it if it isnt done right the first time. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place.

Good carwash. I love the unlimited washes for 19.99. Edit: Noticed my paint was being scratched by the car wash. Decided to start washing my car myself and cancel my carwash membership. Not worth it if I am going to need a new paint job because of it.

They dont dry your car for you when you come out the car wash. They dont give you an air freshener like all other brown bears. No shampoo vacs or change machine or the vending machines for the stuff to clean your car. The wash worked surprisingly well tho.

I love this car wash because it is not usually busy because its a new one. So I can get in and out. Its fun as well, I think the lights are cool. They make sure to put a plastic cover over my rear windshield wiper. That keep the area clean as well.

Water leaked in my car from the air dyers when all window where closed also somehow seeped through the cracks of my door manager said there nothing they can do! Now thats what I call good customer service.

The BEST car wash in Puyallup. Fast - everything is automated so you dont have to wait for service. You can purchase single washes, or for a great price, buy a monthly package of unlimited washes.

Dont care for the wax, it causes my windshield wipers to skip and squeal when in use. I only use this place when I feel lazy and dont want to make the trip to my normal place.

Nice new facility , however if you turn off meridian into it you are funneled into the car wash line to get a ticket even if you only want to vacuum your car.

6 bucks and it actually washes and dries your car !!! Unlike "the wave" wash, Where you have to spend another 20 minutes drying of the excess water.
