This place was terrible. We took our minivan there because my husbands coworkers said they did decent work. We wanted to get the car vacuumed, the dash and interiors wiped down and the leather cleaned up. We paid $48 for the deluxe. When we got there the guy spent about 10 minutes literally trying to talk my husband out of taking our car there! I mean I know its a mini van and not a luxury car but we are a paying customer like anyone else. He was literally trying his hardest to turn us away. We insisted on the fact that we wanted to get the car washed and cleaned and we werent leaving. So we finally paid for the service then left to go have lunch and came back about an hour later. The outside wash was just ok. The wheels were still pretty dirty. I didnt look terrible but it didnt look amazing by any means either. As far as the inside goes it was vacuumed out. And thats about it. The weather tech mats were hosed off too. But the dash wasnt wiped off. If the seats got a leather treatment it didnt look like it. It looked like the minimum amount of effort was put in. Clearly they they didnt want our business in the first place and wanted to make sure we didnt come back. Mission accomplished

I just paid 61$ for a Platinum wash w/ leather cleaning/conditioning.. all I can say is it was complete and total BS and my car still looks seriously DIRTY & my leather was not even vacuumed much less conditioned... I complained to the woman up front & she agreed that my car looks like it wasnt cleaned so she got her manager and all he said was that I was right and that the "guy who cleaned it is new and does not know how to clean leather".. ?!?! I said ok well Id like the situation fixed and for my car to be redone. He than went on to tell me how they were very busy and that I would have to Waite at least another hour... I than said ok well what can they do to help me out now that Ive been there for an hour only to be leaving with a dirty car and they guy gave me two free washes for in the future... Ok great however the problem is that He was so rude and put out by even having to deal with the fact that my car looks like hell I dont actually want to return to the Bellevue again and so now Ill have to deal with using my free washes at another location and Im still driving around in a dirty car. Sooooo bummed out!

CAR ACCIDENT happened right in front of me as I was waiting in line for the wash! Employee was motioning the driver to pull forward into the wash and the driver rammed the back of the car in front of him. The employee went crazy on the driver. I was scared to go in the wash but it was my clients car and she prefers this vendor, despite her being consistently unsatisfied with the quality of this Pink Elephant location. I dread going to this place. They have a habit of keeping floor mats, by the way. My client will have me ask an employee to wash the interior of her windshield again before returning her car because of the remaining fiber residue from the cloth used to wipe the windows. Each time I do this, I worry the employee might hurt me. I feel like I shouldnt leave a tip but I want to leave with my life so I tip anyway. I still have to deal with this place but I wanted to write a review to warn readers - like nearly every other comment about this place - STAY AWAY.

I bought the monthly package. The first time, it was a full exterior/interior wash which is what I was told I was paying for. I returned today and was told that it was only an exterior wash. No one could explain why I got a full service wash the first time and wouldnt going forward. So I asked to discontinue the monthly plan, and to be refunded only to have the staff be EXTREMELY rude. I waited 15 minutes for a receipt of the refund without luck then had to leave. I will just contest the charge if it isnt refunded as the phone number for the business is out of service. I wont be back.

This place doesnt deserve a single star. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. They close whenever they want to, regardless of what their hours are, even if you call ahead they will close whenever they want. If you so happen to get a "car wash", you will get ripped off. They hardly wash anything, barely touch the interior, and are rude, careless, negligent and generally inept in the process. Do yourself a favor and go ANYPLACE else. I dont know what has happened to Pink Elephant, but the quality of their brand has deteriorated to %&*$.

After an employee pre-soaked my car for the automated car wash she simply dropped the ceiling-mounted hose instead of properly putting it away. I realized after I was already going through the car wash that she had negligently left it wrapped around my drivers side-mirror. I watched helplessly as it scratched my paint and damaged the back-side of the mirror. Thankfully, after reporting the incident I was contacted within 24 hours, meet with the manager and arranged a repair free of charge. This nightmare visit did turn out for the better, but beware nonetheless.

Horrible car wash! I sent my son to get the car washed - paid $28.00. When he picked me up after work there were streaks on the outside, spills still on the leather seat which should have easily wiped off, a bit of mud on the inside of the door where peoples shoes touch - ALL of these things should have been easily taken care of by a conscientious and professional car wash establishment. Whats happened to Pink Elephant? It used to be good. Im going back today to complain, demand a decent car wash or my money back. Dont waste your time -

Four stars normally for the level of service I have always received and the detail on my car, but three stars today for the fact that I was just actually scolded by the cashier for using a $100 bill in the payment machine. A better approach would be to stock enough money so that I, the customer, dont need to remotely worry about there "not being enough change for other customers". She actually shook her head at me. Not great customer service. Companies should never be passing issues of ineptitude onto their paying customers.

I go here often. Just got my carvwashed here, paid for the $25 car wash. when I got my car it was well cleaned insidecsnd out except the rims which were very dirty still as the automated car wash got virtually none of the break dust off and they didnt take a quick towel to it. upon asking In was told that, "its not included in your car wash." then he handed me a towel for me to do it myself. You would think $25 would mean your car gets cleaned fully. I had $5 in my hand for a tip, I gave him 2 and put the other 3 back.

This is the worst car wash place that I have ever been. They seem to do not know what they are doing. They did not clean my dashboard but I pay for platinum wash they did not even shampoo the car mats but I paid for it. This is the 3rd time this is happening to me at the same place. I myself clean my car better than what they did. It is definitely a poor service but very pricey and I am not going there anymore. If you have some cash to give away then that is the best place for you.
