The whole experience was kind of ridiculous. For one, there was no attendant on a weekend, bright sunny day, at 3:45 in the afternoon. I understand its January 2nd but there has to be at least one worker willing to be there that day. So when the car in front of me hit one of the machines in the car wash and put the whole car wash out of order, I was sitting there looking stupid. Thats bad enough as it is. Then of course I had already paid $14 for the most pricy car wash they have, so I wanted my money back, going back to the no attendant thing there was no one there to give it back. I called the troubleshooting phone number on the machine that was there for help, and of course the building was closed, so I couldnt get my refund from the nearby corporate office either. Meanwhile people are honking behind me getting angry and I have to explain to each and every angry person behind me whats going on. Not really the car washs fault but a side effect of it. Sorry but even though its bad luck for the car wash, the way it was handled was horrible.

$2 gets you 3 min. It takes 30 sec for it to switch from soap to rinse. So that means o we a quarter of that is wasted waiting for it to transition from one selection to the other. There are only 2 options because only soap and water work. This place will rip you off. Most of the equipment will take your quarters and give you nothing in return. Nobody is ever there to take care of the place and I seen nails on the ground so you may get ripped off and need new tires. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Wirst car wash ive ever been too, today a tattoed girl was very rude to me, acted like she was bothered to help me, and her other girlfreind that was drying cars left as i came through after saying have a nice day. Tge managers are never around to complain too, i highly recommend goung somewhere else.

This location is not well maintained and the machines on the auto wash are weak with soap and wax. I also have had lots of trouble because it will not accept bills or even a VIP coupon the company sends out when the wash cycle is poor...dont recommend the auto wash.

Ill give 2.5 stars since thats how my car turned out half clean after a premium clean. I WANT AT LEAST A HALF PRICE REFUND since I went to wash it again elsewhere
