Had a great experience and good results. Vacuum was lackluster but it was on the house, so why not. I did some research on their homepage and read a lot of reviews and advice before coming and I figured out how to get the best bang for the buck. I used the Self Serve bay along with the Automatic wash which only costed me $14 total which is equivalent to Brown Bears highest price point for Auto Wash. This guide is for those who have the extra time and are not in a hurry. 1)Go into a Self Serve bay and rinse down your car with the pressure wash to get the top layer of dirt and curd out. Its $2 for 4 minutes, which is plenty, but if youd like to spend a little extra then go for it. Id start washing down the wheels, tires and under panels with the pressure wash the wheels first just so I dont forget and make sure I washed it thoroughly. Use this opportunity to fine any gunk, bird poop, bugs, etc and scrub it off you car before heading out. 2)Go into the Automatic Touch Free wash. Go ahead and choose which wash you want. For those that dont want to spend much, go for the $7 wash. For those that dont mind spending a little extra, go for the $10 or $12. I for one dont mine spending, so I opted for the $12 because they had RainX. Once you selected your wash, the machine will dispense a token for you to use the vacuum, keep it and use it! 3)Go into the wash, sit back and watch the magic happen. 4)Once the wash is done, youre on to the drying stage. The dryer is above the exit of the bay, theres no timer but you have 60 seconds to utilize it. Pull out slowly until the hood of your car is directly underneath the dryer, stop and wait 5 seconds. Then you slowly creep out a little and stop for 5 seconds. Repeat this for the rest of the car until your 60 seconds is up. DO NOT LEAVE EARLY. Its there for you so utilize it fully and dont full rushed. 5)This part is optional. Once your car is washed and dry, pull up to a vacuum machine. Remember that token you got? Well here is the time to use it. The vacuum is very weak in suction and the hose is short but its service provided on the house so why not use it. Still does the job of getting dirt, dust, etc off your carpets and seats. That completes my review and guide. Its not the perfect wash but its one of the better ones that come with actual good customer service in my opinion, hope this helps out.

This was one of the best self service washes Ive ever been too! We got lucky, and ended up there when the owner was in. He was so helpful! He gave us plenty of tips and suggestions, and even went as far as helping show us how to get the most out of the wash. He even added extra time and then some to our wash, to make up for the time he took showing us. He was very friendly and great to talk too! After finishing everything, we left with a truck that we have never seen cleaner! The wheels were sparking and all black trim looked new again! We are definitely impresed! We will absolutely be back! :D

I went for a touchles wash today...unfortunately it did not touch the dirt on my car and also got wet in the process while trying to pay for it prior to the wash. I will give it a strong 1 star. The whole process looks cool but thats about it. Sadly after a minimal 8 dollar investment my car is still dirty. Update....... Went for the second time today. Thought I should give this place a second chance. Even worse then the first time. It did not clean my car at all. Very disappointed. I will never go there again. If you want a good car wash go to brown bear.

Used the automatic touch free car wash today as I just received my car from a cross country shipment and it was extremely dusty. My car was supposedly shipped enclosed but it was still in a state. Im very happy with the results of the $12 service. I agree with other reviews that the dryer section could be improved if possible. Maybe if there was a countdown timer that let you know how much time you had left to dry, so you dont rush through and not dry it properly? Im still very pleased and was thrilled that this option exists for a quick wash.

Came here today for a quick wash on my lunch break, I had just started my car wash when the car behind me is paying and all of a sudden the car wash stops working. She calls the number on the sign and a guy says he will be there in 3-5 minutes. She proceeds to leave. I wait, and sure enough he arrives within minutes, he gets me into the next bay pays for my car wash and gives me a hand full of tokens for my troubles. Outstanding customer service!!! I will be back!!

Great little self service car wash. The owner showed up while I was washing my car and floated me a dollar and gave me a demonstration on the best routine. Sometimes buttons can be finicky but not often enough to warrant less stars. Vacuums, access to garbage cans and reasonably priced accessories (car smelly things, interior cleaning wipes) are an added plus. I know these things are standard for self service car washes but its got all you need.

Love this place. Been washing my car here for years. I spend about 30 minutes washing my car and it usually costs me about 14.00 which is about what you would pay a brown bear drive in car wash. Here though, since you are washing it your can get all the dirt. Also having the ability to use a card is nice. I live near the splash n dash Im Woodinville and purposely drive to Kingsgate because the splash doesnt take cards and just isnt as nice.

Easy to locate. Across the street from McDonalds. THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!! SWEET. One more thing drying towels are located on the street side of the carwash bays along with other detailing items. There is a small fee of around 1 to 2 dollars per item. I suggest using the towels after washing vehicle to make sure you have a good finish when completed.

This car wash really stinks. I took my car there and once the automatic bay finished I pulled over into the Safeway parking lot and looked at the car. The car was filthy! The automatic bay didnt do anything. The ridiculous part is they dont give you a receipt so I couldnt even ask for a refund! Find somewhere else to wash your car.

Fairly good for the price you pay. Its hard to find automatic touchless washes like the ones here in Bellevue Kirkland Redmond area for those weeks where its not worth my time to hand wash or I just wanted a quick cheap wash. Also got a free vacuum token with the wash I had. Although the vacuum had little to no suction power...

I love this place. I drive an X5 M Sport so Im pretty pick about what touches my car, so I generally dont do the automatic car wash, though I have tried it once or twice, and it was pretty good. I like the manual car wash, they have good options, and give pretty sufficient time. Definitely worth checking out at least once.
