The employees are rude. They saw a girl in a large truck and started bellowing. Treated me as if I couldnt handle the vehicle. The employee taking my truck screeched my tires and almost hit the building trying to get the truck in place. If you dont have a high dollar vehicle they hand you off to some new kid with no idea what hes doing. I went to collect my truck at the end and there was grime all over the driverside doors. I received attitude when I pointed it out "I dont know what that is!" I told him its GRIME. He got angry, wiped over it and smeared it all across my door. When I said the truck needed to be rewashed he stompped off an came back with a rag. I had to point out just about everything missed including spots larger than a quarter. The grill and mud flaps werent touched!. Waste of money. Later that day I was getting back into the truck and realized they had hit the drivers door on something and took the paint off. Ill never go back!

They did not vacuum under the floor mats, clean the inside of the windows or clean my tires that I paid extra for. When I asked to have the car my car vacuumed the owner said "can you come back tomorrow". I said, unfortunately I am not able to so can you complete the job today? They drove my car speeding back to the vacuum area and when they returned my car the windows were still dirty and the tires were not done. Only to find my sunglasses suddenly missing from the dash try. ONE OF THE WORST CAR WASH OWNERS EVER. I will never return. I had to call the police regarding the stolen glasses.

Terrible experience! I will never come to this car wash again, not only did I pay extra to have my car detailed in the vents etc. they broke a piece off of my custom floor mats, attempted to hide the evidence ( I had to dig through the trash to find it while the workers stood around looking at me) and the manager( Bob) refused to refund me my money, including a $15 tip, and told me it was not his problem, if I wanted I could have the matts repaired and submit an invoice to him for review.

Horrible experience. They are THEIVES!!!!!!! Stole $500 from my center console. If this happens to anyone else CALL THE POLICE!!! The owner can not be allowed to CONTINUOUSLY hire thieves, I dont care how much money they think they are saving!!!! The only way this will stop is if you SAY SOMETHING!!!

About a month ago I had my car washed here. There was a gang of teenagers running around the place, yelling and carrying on. There does not seem to be an adult in charge. My car turned out mediocre at best. Its a shame, this place used to be very good.

My car turned out amazing ,good people
