I still dont know why I deal with this place. Every time I come in there is a new policy for screwing you. I come here to fill up gas not because its the cheapest but because they give you .20 off per gallon on a carwash. For years I have been saving my receipts and give them like 5 at a time where they add the gallons and apply the discount. Well today they decide to tell me only one receipt per wash. Guess now I stop buying the 100 gallons a week of fuel from them and save the receipts for later use. What happened to customer service. Eff these money hungry sobs. It may take a year but I will get my moneys worth.

Wow. Julian and his team did an amazing job and were so friendly and helpful along the way. I was selling my Fiat 500 and wanted it to look as good as possible before hand. I got the full detail, and after picking it up after work, I couldnt believe how amazing it looked/felt/smelled! They can easily help you get an extra $1,000 for your car because of how they make it look like brand new again. I upgraded to a luxury car and will only be bringing it to Diablo Car Wash & Detail. Its safe on your paint, good for the drought (water free) and a fair price.

Owner has no respect or customer service. Yelled at me in the store in front of several customers and basically called me a theif, over a minor misunderstanding. My family and I have always given this place alot of buisness and have always been nice to the workers. After the way I was treated today, my family and I will never give this place any buisness.

HORRIBLE!! Did NOT vacuum under the seats, half assed cleaning dog hair off the seats-a simple lint roller job- and they slammed 2 of my auxiliary cords in the door breaking both of them and did not clean the back around license plate.Will never go back. Negative 5stars

My wife loves this place, solely do to Daniel. Daniel does an excellent job and always make sure our cars are clean inside and out. If Daniel not there I would say it is just OK for the price.
