If you are looking for a quick exterior car wash and running short of time to get it, remember New Bay car wash, the next time you are driving on the Santa Clara side of El Camino Real. While visiting one of the swarm of restaurants in the area, I make it a point to stop by this place for a quick 5-10 minute car wash. As soon as you park your car there, your car would be greeted by a pressure spray of soap water which would be quickly followed by brushing and dry wipe. This comes for a reasonable price of $8 while you could put in another $10 for interior cleaning with freshner spray

Never again. Not worth at all. after paying $20 car is not clean at all. Save your money and drive further up before you reach Lawrence and there is car wash there which will charge you more money but you will be happy the way they clean your car and worth paying little extra then not getting anything done for $20. Stay away from this place.. Read other reviews.. Most of them have really bad experience. Someone needs to complain BBB.

Horrible job. Not even the basic dust and marks on my car doors and mirrors were cleaned, when I asked the owner he says thats all we do for $12. I said Im willing to pay extra but clean well but they didnt care. They were doing a very light job and rush the customers out so they can take the next car but no commitment to their job at all.

I dont know why there has been so many negative reviews for this place. These are really hard working people and is much much better than any of the automated car washes out there. And the service you get for the amount you pay is really good. I was completely satisfied with it and will continue to go there for all future car washes.

We went for car wash for first time here. For us it was not a pleasant experience. The wash is not really good.. it was like the car in mild rain. recommend for car wash in urgent or car with very minimal dust. we had car wash and requested to clean some uncleaned dust, however the response was not good.

Very rude people and bad service! They did not clean my car properly. They try to do many cars quickly and if you show them spots theyll just ignore you or behave very rudely. Not recommended at all! And they even said get out!!when I try to ask them to do it properly

The sign said $12+ for big trucks. They charged me $20. Surprise! I would have been ok paying that if that wash didnt suck. It was like a 2 min wham-bam-thank-you-maam. I dont care that the staff is rude. Im going there for a car wash, not friendship.

I was in and out in about 3 minutes. Cleaning was not spot on. Also it left water marks and soap in some locations on my car. However, recommended if you are in a hurry, (say, to meet someone) and want to impress them with a sparkling car. :)

Just a simple no frills car wash. The service was OK. No waiting, and the price was right. I would say if you are looking for more fu fu services you should go somewhere else. I paid $10 and got a $10 car wash. I didnt need anything else

Its better to go to sunnyvale car wash rather than walking behind them and making them clean each spot. Also at times you might have to do that with someone rude. Anyways they charge the same if you want them to wipe your tires

I actually went here to have my car smoged. Friendly service, and if you want to get your car washed, the prices are pretty cheap. You stay seated in your car, and they hand wash your car. Unique!

Quick service, but unless you keep an eye on what they are doing and highlighting dirty parts and follow up, youll end up with bad car wash. Use it only when you cant do it elsewhere.
