BE AWARE! SCRATCHED MY CAR! I had just taken by BRAND NEW black Lexus for its second wash. After the car wash was over, I noticed a huge circular scratch on my hood and smaller ones all around. When I approached the guy drying the car, I noticed the large scratch on my hood. He claimed that he saw all of these scratches when he was on his break. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? On the employees break, he sat there and observed every inch of my car and took notes where each scratch was. Yea...I dont think so. After I requested the manager to come, he noticed the scratches and takes the car into the detailing center. After spending about an hour trying to buff out all the scratches, they were not successful. Then the manager, gives me a Customer Claim Form stating what had happened and told me to follow up another day when his manager was working. (By the way, a Customer Claim Form doesnt mean anything. Just something they trick you with) When I took my car home and parked it in the sun, I noticed that the car had circular buff marks all over it. Apparently, they had used a very abrasive pad on the new paint which completely destroyed my paint. About 2 weeks after the incident, my mother and I went to discuss the issue with the district manager. He refused to speak to my mother because she wasnt there for the day of the incident. Well, of course I am going to bring my mother, I am only 17 years old and it happens to be her car. We even saw the video surveillance and clearly saw the employee use a towel to dry the car in the exact motion that the scratch was on my hood. Even after that he still denied doing anything to my car. He was so rude, even at the end he kicked us off the premises. The issue happened around 2 months ago and to this day, they still havent fixed the issue. They deny that they even did it. Now my brand new Lexus is not so brand new anymore. :( Every time I look my car, it reminds me of these scam artists. Please save yourself a HUGE headache by not bringing your car here!!! Never coming back...

I bought an interior/exterior car wash on 9/28/16 as a birthday present to myself for a 2007 Honda. When the car wash was completed, I drove away to a shop down the street where I noticed that the left headrest in the back seat at elevated and blocked my vision. I opened the left door and discovered I had no idea how to put the headrest back in its original position. Additionally, a fuse box cover (where it from I do not know) was sitting on the rear seat. In the future it may be easier to stick to an exterior wash and dust the dash and empty the floor mats myself, rather than have strangers blundering around in my vehicle! Hiss, Boo, Class Car Wash!!!

Inconsistent quality. Varies greatly by the time of day and volume they are running. I always do a wipe down when I get home. This has been my go to car wash for decades but the recent and significant price hikes have really hurt. No internet coupons, no coupon books, etc. Its seems they made a business decision based on what they believe the market will bear in terms of pricing. OK, well you just priced me out of your business. Looking for lower cost alternative through the winter then back to doing it myself in the driveway once the weather gets nicer again.

They have very bad service. You cannot talk about doing anything not done well. You pay 400$ for detailing and they dont give you the certificate as committed. Worse! for the once who complain they park those cars under those trees that has sticky droppings on the car and take revenge. They dont do the job expensive works well either. They laugh behind your back and act silly. For a drive through wash its a good place. Dont go for anything major and just get out. Terrible customer service.

First and last visit. I specifically asked for just wash and vacuum, no wax, no tire treatment, nothing else. I then managed to see them putting tire treatment on but by the time I got there it was too late. I went in and complained, got a blame shift to the order taker and told theyd put it right. But the "fix" was to have the same guy who put the treatment on go back and wipe it with a different cloth. Obviously this was no fix at all, just insult to injury. Never again.

just got my car washed here. paid $32 for "the ultimate" car wash which includes interior and exterior. Got my car from the attendant and when I parked my car at home, I noticed there was still dirt all over the car. spots on the windows, the mirrors werent cleaned, and dead bugs on the front of the mirrors. In addition to this on the interior of the car, there was still dust all over the stereo/center console and the dashboard. incredibly disappointed with the service here.

BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR STUFF RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY DRIVERS FLOOR MAT GROMMET RIPPED OUT ! I GUESS MY CAR WAS NOT FANCY ENOUGH FOR THEM TO CARE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DID NOT TELL ME THEY RUINED MY FLOOR MAT. ANOTHER TIME THEY RIPPED MY REAR VIEW MIRROR OFF, BUT AT LEAST THAT TIME THE EMPLOYEE HAD THE DECENCY TO TELL ME IT WAS AN ACCIDENT (AND HE FIXED IT ON THE SPOT). I HAVE NEVER BEEN BACK AND GO TO CHEVRON CAR WASH NOW, ONLY $6.

I only went there because Country Club car wash on Stevens Creek is closed. Very pushy salesperson I encountered. He talked to me for at least 5 minutes trying to up-sale the service. The car wasnt completely dry and smudges on the windshield. At the price of $33, much higher than what Country Club used to charge, I would at least expect the same, if not better, car wash service. Not a chance Ill go there again.

Go to the bank first! I had to give a star however I dont really want to. I went in for a basic in and out - Im thinking itll be about $16.99. No, $24.99! I think this is expensive. Now Im in, I cant get out, so, I do it. Then at the end I could see spots on the dash, so I asked the boy if I could see his towel. Omg! Attitude! Well, good bye dude. I wont go back - theres so many other carwashes.

Got the supreme car wash done and was satisfactory only. They have a good set up and it gets done quickly but dont expect great output in terms of service. In the supreme car wash so still had marks on the car from a road trip and when I approached the service guy he said I would need to go for detailing. All what was needed was a towel to clean it up but they didnt make an attempt to do that.

Dont bring nice wheels here, the kid who lined up your car could care less about wheels. Heard wheel rub and returned to ask why hed let my wheel rub on track, he couldnt do anything more than shrug his shoulders. The manager could care less and will blame you for driving, he wouldnt even refund my monthly dues on August 1, the day I cancelled my membership. Lobby smells tropical - 1 star
