Low quality work. Everything is in a rush, without paying real attention to cars. I had my Merecedes SEC 500 for a car wash service at Lark Ave, Los Gatos. After the car passed the automatic washing line and was parked for a manual cleaning, no one approached it, leaving it to dry out under the baking sun. After about 10 min, one of the workers quickly waved a rag around the car and signaled me know that everything was ready. I asked for the manager and complained about the quality of work. However, the manager began to argue, and insisted that they have a new system, and it is all right. Although, the windshield was covered with the traces of droplets dried out under the sun. I paid for this service $ 25.99, and that will be my last visit to this place. I would not recommend this service location to anyone. They are taking advantage of so many people that need the washing service during the summer time, so they can afford to be arrogant if someone is complaining about their service.

Ive had a lot of bad car washes, just rarely one so expensive. Their welcoming party includes fast pace high pressure sales for things you dont need, like clay bar on a new car? Why on a new car? They have a cute eclectic gift shop with wine, and other interesting choices. All at the expense of indoor seating. Their payment staff arent real friendly, pretty indifferent, which is more than I expected from the diva demeanor, so ... theres that. They do have coffee and apple cider that is actually decent. The wash staff managed to leave a whole lot of wax on the car, miss a third of the plastic with the Armor-all, so you have half dark plastic. Despite my asking for no interior treatment on the inside, I got Armor-all on the steering wheel (which is leather, they should know better for two reasons, one it slips, two its leather not plastic...), and on the dash... That is now reflective.

Longer check in wait because of the new sales concept/pitch. The guy behind me was honking and it didnt help or make the process move along any faster. Last time I was here, the lady behind me was upset over the wait. She was screaming and hollering, and that too, while mildy entertaining, did not speed things up. Decent wash but the prices went up when the concept changed. The push is for monthly membership. Ill give it a go... maybe Ill get to washing my car more than 3-4 times a year. Unless youre getting the speedy exterior only wash, dont try it if youre an impatient person or in some kind of hurry. The gift shop is a pleasant place to burn time. The drying and vacuuming staff bust their butts. The guys checking you in and getting yelled at by impatient customers deserve props for keeping their cool.

$165 For Express detail, Carpet, Lthr Trtmnt, Headlight restore. The exterior looks like it went through a Gas Station Auto Wash. The interior was cleaner but looks more like they slopped gel all over everything. The wheels have dirt still on them, there is still bird droppings on the hood, watre spots on all the chrome and windows. Interior windows have grime still on them. It seriously looks like my teenager did this job. This place is obviously poorly managed because theres no way a car should leave looking like that. I was so annoyed it was not worth me saying anything. Their reward will be me never going back and spreading the word. The headlight restore turned out great. $50 may be a little much though. I would avoid this place until the revews start turning around.

Went there to get vacuum, wiped down inside, leather seats clean and basic outside wash. There were 2 cars there and about 8 workers, 6 talking away slowly cleaning the same spot on the same car for the 10 minutes I sat there while the guy booking services tried to get them to commit to what can be done in an out less because I had to leave in that time. The greeter guy tried several times to get them to say what services could be done in that time. They would not commit. I left. Greeter guy was nice and he tried but the crew had no work ethic or consideration for customer service. I said I would take what ever or it could be done in that hour, its not like I was asking the works on rush service. Go to Harvs on Stevens creek instead. Dont waste your time here.

I brought two cars here (a RAV-4 and a Fiat) for detailed wash and a clay wax. The clay wax was $280 per vehicle. The work was very sloppy with no attention to detail. Whole patches of both vehicles were completely skipped in the wax. The interior was only vacuumed (and hastily). This place is only good if you really need a fast exterior wash without a wax and without any serious attention to the interior. If they cant seriously commit to the wax and the interior cleaning because of their focus on quantity over quality, they should stop selling services they dont provide. $300 is a lot of money to charge for a $25 speed clean.

After going there for 3 years I went today which was my last. They have changed their service and now charge over $20 for what they call an exterior wash. If you also want interior cleaning its 5-10 more. They now have youdrive through a brush car wash like ones at a gas station. As you exit a couple of people run a rag over the car to "dry" it. You are then expe ted to drive off through their new exit lane. As my car was neither clean nor dry I pulled to the side and was told to go. What I received was an exterior wash not a clean car. Be aware- very poor results and service. Im done there.

Worst car detail ever! I paid $200 for a complete detail with carpet and seat shampoo. There was still dirt on the outside of my car, sticker residue on the inside windshield and the back was not vacuumed much at all. They said the hubcaps were cleaned but there was still a lot of grime on them. I put up with the "mostly" clean of the basic car wash deal they give but to have paid that much money for such a shoddy job is ridiculous. I also got a call in the middle of the detail and they tried to charge me more for what should have been included in the first place.

This location is ALWAYS difficult to get in and out of and unfortunately the wash job is not that great (not worth the price) either. The staff are really aggressive on the upcharges vs their other locations. Its like going to get an oil change or hitting a used car lot. I just want the wash, I dont want the clay bar or the extra wax (especially when they dont do that good of a job on that service). I only go here as a last resort.

This place did a horrendous job cleaning my white Camaro... theres dirt and grime left in every nook and cranny. I normally go to Pacific Hand Wash (which is great) but didnt have time, so I thought Id try them out. Big waste of money. If youre expecting anything more than a glorified gas station car wash, look elsewhere.
