Avoid this car wash at all costs!!! In past years this has been my "go to" carwash. It was quick, professional and reasonably priced. Recently I went to get my car washed and had a terrible experience. I did notice that the person that did the initial spraying of my car with a high pressure hose seemed to be rough on the car. When the wash was complete I drove home and noticed that the high pressure hose that they used actually blew some paint from the roof of my car. I drove back to the car wash and explained to the manager what had happened. She immediately got defensive and hostile and denied any responsibility for the damage and told me that my paint was bad. I told her that that just was not so and then she said that I "could never bring my car there again". As if I would. My insurance did repair my car, cost me $100. I would advise that you avoid any contact with this carwash.

I paid of ultra car wash. Two people were pre-washing the car with soap. Then went in the automatic wash. Multiple colored washing powders,gels(?!) were dropped on the car. Car got washed. Power dry at the end of line. Then I had to find a person to towel dry my car and ASK for vacuum tokens. I dont know what body shield, coat conditioner, wheel bright, polish etc which was included in the package is but after coming out of automatic wash all I had to do was to find a person to towel dry the car. Left a few water steins on the back of the car but OK. Perhaps not the best place if your car is way to dirty or dusty.

Increased prices and offer less. Depends on who is using the brush and soap. The regular guy is great but the others could care less and just make a few swipes with the brush and send you through. Now recently they added $1 extra for an SUV. My Subaru is smaller than many 4-door sedans but now I have to pay extra. Not happy with this place any more :-(

For $12.99 "the muthaload" - 40 year old mechanical spinny brush wash - pre-wash hand brushing on the paint - 5 inch high track to scratch your rims - used the towel from my wheels on the body of the car - still had dirt on the alloy wheels - had to towel dry

Not really a hand wash car wash as eluded to in description. Its basically a self service with two dudes standing around who will dry off your car for you. If the line is too long the sun will dry it first leaving water marks on your vehicle.

Scared me, my car isnt especially low, and it was scraping the hell out of the bottom of my car. They advertise a towel dry, but when I paid for it, I didnt get it.

top of car, bumper , and lower half of the car very dirty after the wash. Wasted $8.99 I have to get it wash again............. I will not come here again.

Just had an incredible car wash that took off all the tree sap off my car. It would of taken me an hour to do the same thing by hand.

Excellent car wash with hand soaping even for the minimum $8 express wash. And hot air drying included with the wash!!

This self service car wash is not different than any others. They keep the bunch clean and the machines always work.

Great for OLD cars... Dont take new ones... the Mechanical brushes are little old.... I like to take my car.
