UPDATE: I am getting a bunch of annoying messages from the cowards running this business disguised as regular yelp users telling me to suck it up and stop complaining and to fix the inexpensive damage on my car without complaining. I had to pay $650 to fix this. I am taking them to claims court. If I could give them 0 stars, I would sure do. THEY DAMAGED THE UNDERHOOD SHIELD BENEATH MY FRONT BUMPER DURING THE WASH AND REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE, WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL AND WERE NOT WILLING TO COOPERATE AT ALL. I took my car yesterday for the premier wash ($29.99). I got into the car after they finished and started driving home only to notice a strange sound coming from the front of the car every time I accelerate and my speed goes up. I pulled over, inspected the car only to find my front bumper underhood shield in total damage. I found my way back to them and explained what happened. I assumed that this took place as they loaded the car into the tunnel that does the automatic exterior wash. This is probably the only place the shield could have gotten tangled to their rails somehow. The guy agreed to load the car onto the rails again and see whether theres contact. There was clear contact and friction between the shield and the rails that could have easily ripped the shield from the bumper, yet the guy got very defensive and said this contact couldnt have ripped the shield from the bumper and that they wash the same car 10-15 times each day without anything happening. The guy arrogantly drove the car out of the tunnel and to the side, told me this damage is going to be a couple 100 dollars and thats not too expensive. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Another guy hopped in and pretty much said the same few sentences and they both just left saying call your insurance if you want to, well just say its not our fault. My cars an expensive BMW and they just damaged a part thats going to cost me money and time to fix yet they did not acknowledge and were not even showing any respect to the whole situation. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEYRE ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I drove by on a Saturday afternoon, and decided it to give it a try. It was crowded, and business was good. When I pulled up, the guy gave me a list of all the fancy services at $30 and above; I told him I just need a full interior/exterior wash at $15, pointing to the bill board. When I was waiting, I saw a guy arguing with workers and then manager about using Windex on his new Magnum. Then they waived to me that my car is done. When I got close, I could clearly see the tiny yellow spots on my white Civic. I complained, and the worker quickly responded that I needed a waxing job to clean them. What! I called in the manager, but he utterred the same line, asking me for another $15 to do a job they failed to do. I just said no, drove home, and finished it myself. When inspecting interior closely, I found they did not clean the windshield completely either. So in summary, this place does a shoddy job, is rude, and definitely pushes you to higher price services. Worse, they were selling this buy-3-get-4th free package to hook people in. Glad I did not bite. Once is enough for me!

Pathetic service and rude employees who dont care about you or your car. I have had horrible experience here, twice and I am not making the same mistake of visiting this place again. Strongly urge to anyone reading this review to learn from my experience. We took the Silver cleaning plan that includes "cleaning" exteriors of the car. To our utmost surprise, when we got our car back, it still had lots of dirty spots and bug marks left on the windshield, bumper, roof and tyres. When we tried to talk to the cleaner and his manager about the dirty spots, the manager said and i quote "We dont have time to clean it completely and this is the best we can do. You took your car on a road trip and this was bound to get dirty. We cannot cleanup everything for you in silver plan. If you want to get it completely cleaned, pay us 25 dollars more". Employees here spend more time arguing with you on why they wont clean your car than actually cleaning it.

I take my car here at least once a month. For $15 (and I usually find coupons to lower the cost to $13) I get my car washed, hand-dried, vacuumed, windows washed, and interior cleaned. The place is invariably busy, but they have enough staff to almost always get to me right away. The service takes 15-20 minutes to do what would take me over 2 hours. I think this is a great deal. I find the quality good too. I have never noticed missed spots or shoddy work. In fact, the owner recently offered to use some special solvent to remove some oil/grease stains at no additional cost. If you want a good car wash performed by people (instead of machines) at a decent price, I highly recommend this place.

They stole cash (just a few bucks...but still...) out of my armrest compartment. Told me a wash would take 20 minutes, but it actually took closer to an hour and I asked for the $14.99 Express Wash, but they charged me $17.99...these guys will do anything to rip people off..I wont be back...Such a shame because its a great location and they have a nice seating area outside...oh well... Also, their "Specials" are really confusing...$3 off the Managers Special...but there is no Managers Special wash listed on the board. They give out a card that says "Buy 5 washes, get the next one free"...but the receipt says "Buy 11, get the next one free"???

I went for Auto detailing to this place. I found that this is the worst customer service ever received from a Manager. They were cleaning my car and a guy blow off the paint on my car. When i pointed out the mistake to just bring to that notice, the manager says its not their liability and arrogantly says to go to county to file a lawsuit instead of apologizing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED EVER. I hate to go at places where customers are not respected nor apologized. Please dont go this place for car wash. They didnt vacuum the car properly. Also they didnt clean the interior properly. Please do not go to this place at all.

They dont seem to understand that the point of a business is to have returning customers. I pay for gold service, which is two steps above basic wash and vacuum. After the car was done, both the interior and the exterior had stain all over. I had to ask them if they expected me to come back. After I asked them to reclean it multiple times to remove a bunch of stains, I finally gave up. Im including pictures of stains that were left even after multiple back and forth with them. Im really not sure what they washed. (I added six photos, including many for the external of the car. Google map can only handle two, apparently.)

I would agree with other reviewers that the quality has decreased. Furthermore, they have not updated their hours of operation for their listing (listed incorrectly as opening at 6 am) and today I waited 25 minutes for them to open (I got there at 7:45 am) and by 10 minutes after 8 they were still slowly opening up and getting started. I will not be back. They do not have prominent signage listing their hours and only one worker appeared to have showed up on time. The rest seemed to casually roll in and took their time opening up shop for the day. I am very sorry I wasted my time with them this morning.
