Horrible Customer Service. I recently went into the car wash and brought my 5 free car wash card that I purchased at Sundance, admittedly over a year ago. They told me they no longer accept them... There is no expiration date on the card nor should there be for a service card purchased in California. I had used it once and then it got buried in a drawer... Anyway, I never was rude and merely said I would report them to the better business bureau for not honoring their card. Apparently that made the manager angry that I had threatened his business and he got was so flustered that he went out to tell them to stop washing my car ( I had already paid the full price for the car wash)... They issued a refund and tossed me out of their store... Very poor customer service... I simply drove over to Sparkles and got only the best treatment, fast courteous service and a great car wash... I urge all of you that have been refused the use of cards that you paid for to file a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and press the issue until they honor their obligation.

Reasonable prices, helpful manager and great service! I called Sundance on short notice to get a detailing done, seats and carpets shampooed. The manager who answered my call was polite and helpful. She answered all of my questions and assured me that the job could be done for a reasonable price that same day. They even offered shuttle service to a nearby shopping center so I could take care of an errand while the car was being cleaned. A service associate greeted me shortly after I pulled the car in and directed me from there. He was helpful and polite as well. My only complaint would be that the original estimate was for two hours, but it ended up taking closer to three hours and I wasnt notified of any delay. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the service and how they took care of my car.

I travel for work, and often stay at the quality inn close by, I have had my car washed and waxed many many times there. Lately it seems like the quality is going down. I always have my oil and air filters changed at firestone or the dealer and I run full synthetic oil. Well I decided to let sundance do my oil and air filter. . I just took my car back to firestone and sundance had put the wrong airfilter in my car, bent and forced it to fit! I wonder if they actually put full synthetic oil or normal oil? So I basically paid for the wrong item and now $5000 miles later am buying the correct item! Beware.

Worst experience weve ever had at this place. We have always gone here and never had any issues. This time we go and the guy that is supposed to be taking the kind net by the vacuums was rude and tells us he cant take cards only cash at this time. So my husband goes in and the woman at the cash register tells him the wash and go is $15!! The sign said $9 and why would I pay $15 when I can get the inside done too for $14!?! That makes no sense. She was rude as well and tells home sorry sir I dont make the prices. I called to talk to the manager and surprisingly enough she was "busy". Not sure if we will be back.

I just had my car washed and seats shampooed by Sundance, and they did an excellent job. My car seats were covered in dog hair but they got it all. All the staff were very friendly. The guy who took my order assured me that he and the staff do everything they can to please the customer and that they would do their best on my car. The lady that gave me my car back asked for me to check over the car before I left. It looked great. I observed the staff as I waited in the lobby and they all seemed to be hard workers and enjoyed their job.

Do not EVER take your car here for an oil change. If you ask for a synthetic oil change I HAVE SEEN the grease monkeys put conventional oil in peoples cars and charge you the synthetic oil price. This business is the SHADIEST establishment in the whole town ever since it was bought out and the current management took over. Oh, and the car wash is extremely slow. You could wash your own car in your driveway faster, and it would probably look better if you did it yourself. Summary: DON"T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I started pointing out the spots where my car wasnt washed right they told me tht this is the best they could do and then I simply took a wet cleaning cloth and wiped the surface tht was not clean in front of them n the spots were gone then I told them to clean my car again or give me a refund then the Manager told me to get off his property or they will call the cops on me. (DONT NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH)

Had to send car back three times. It looked like it hadnt even been washed, there wash still dirt on the sides. Manager tried to get me to pay for a detail. I pointed out to him that getting the dirt off the exterior is not a detail, its a car wash which is what I paid for. After car was washed the second time was allowed to sit outside and dry so dirt stayed on. Finally after third time and over an hour later I had to leave to make an appointment. Will not return.

Ive had the worst experience at sun dance, they never wash your car the right way. When I got an oil change, they try telling you that you need a new filter, new windshield wipers, transmission flush, etc, etc. They say they fill all your fluids and its not even true. I left from there, looked at my receipt, then went to my car to check, one time the fluids werent filled like they said. They do a horrible job and rip people off.

understaffed, took 90 minutes for a wash and had to Leave before dried. Interior not done. Fifteen cars waiting to be dried--one person working. Management out to lunch---clearly unconcerned and definitely not pitching in. Very discouraging. Used to be our go-to car wash.

It used to be great. But now the new manager and management itself is horrible, Ive seen the manager scream at his workers, and humiliating them in front of the customers. This is terrible they are very low on staff too, maybe because the manager is such a dick.

My friends baby threw up in the car and I went to Sundance Car Wash. The top notch staff Claudia and Danya were able to vacuum/ clean my car at an affordable price and now my car smells brand new. Couldnt ask for a better service, thank you!

Awesome job...they do an excellent job cleaning everything in your car for a super affordable price....the workers work really hard and know how to wash your car!!!You must bring your car here!!!!!I bring nine every week!!!
