Dont take your car here because if something happens they will call you a liar and not fix it. I decided to get a Groupon and try this place out. I had a paint rub on my car and decided to take it in on a Friday for them to look at it before I got my detail on Monday. They did a quick buff and said yes they could get it out. Immediately I went to get gas and found out that I could not get my gas door opened to get gas because it was pushed in from the buffing. We immediately called them (and found a temporary way of opening the door) and left a message about what happened and we would be in on Monday morning. When we came the owner called us a liar and said we had never been there (disputed by his employees). Then he said we were liars and was arguing with us saying he would not fix it because then he would be responsible for it. Really? He was already responsible for it. He was rude and unprofessional. It would have been an easy fix for the companys and that is all I wanted. Now it have to pay to fix there error. As a small business owner I am appalled at how unethical this place is. Enter Prolago at your own risk! Or rather go elsewhere to an ethical Auto Detailer.

More expensive than most, but a truly good job. When I pulled in I asked the lady "How much" and she had to ask someone else that said $28. A bit high, but did not want to go elsewhere. I did not notice the sign that said $38 for SUV (I had a Lexus SUV; smaller than some, but larger than a sedan). When I checked out I told the owner of the discrepancy and he immediately went for the $28. I inquired about price, and he pointed out car washes now have to have a very high bond, higher than auto dealers, etc. I mentioned that the car wash that was at Lawrence & Stevens Creek did as good a job, but went out of business. I indicated he knew of that place and that it got too expensive for them. He signed me up for membership, and agreed to $28 in the future. Ill be back in a few weeks and see if he honors that price. For $28, well worth it. But $38 seems out of line to me.

No one likes being screwed over by shoddy businesses, and this is a fair warning to whoever wants to do business with these guys. I dropped my car for detailing and was told to pick it up after 2 hours. I came back after 3 and it had not been touched. I gave them an hour more and came back to see that they had only done the interior and not even washed my car. After complaining to the guy in charge there, he said he could not help it and it had been a busy day. So 4 hours later, I sat 30 more minutes waiting and seeing my unwashed car being detailed. I know the difference between a washed and unwashed car. My complain about washing the car didnt go anywhere. In short, I paid $120 for a shoddy touch up on the exterior without even a wash. Fair to say this was my last time here; need to find a more honest place next time.

Best service and price close to Milpitas. Went there today (Mon) around 9:30am and took 20 mins to finish. The car was cleaned up well inside out including the trunk. They were so kind to remove couple light scratches from side door without additional cost as well, definitely will go next time again. Paid $28 for regular service cause thats all I need, definitely well worth it.

I can honestly say this is one of the best carwash places that I have been too. While driving I had to make a sudden break & spilled pozole (red soup) on the back seat of my car & this stuff stains & of course will be smelly if you dont take care of it right away. I went to Prolago carwash & they did an awesome job my car looks like new. Thank you guys love my clean car..

This is an amazing place to give your car the TLC it deserves. They only use high pressure washer for the rims. Using low pressure on the body helps protect paint that has been chipped. They took their time to dry the car very well. I couldnt be happier with the service!

Amazing service from these guys and girls! I felt very welcome when I came in. Definitely will be coming back. Also a great mexican restaurant down the street you can eat at while you wait called Los Garcias. Great fajitas. Its about a 12 min walk down Gish st.

They seem nice. Not a car detailing expert but for the price, you get a lot of attention on the car. Theres literally 4 people rn cleaning the inside (and this is the cheapest package btw).

They did a rushed job on my car cuz they were busy. The used dirty towels that left smuges and minor scratches on my car. They do a good job when slow but do t go here when they are busy.

Hand wash was really a hand wash and not like at other places. The price for regular wash is $28 for my sedan but they clean the car very nicely.
