I was there on the last week of 2015 with one of my children. After an hour I asked the lady up front if the carpet job can be expedited, for I had two more babies at home and my wife was waiting for me to bring something from the store. The lady talked to the owner (Sunny) and he offered (even insisted) his own car for me and the child to go to the store and then home, then to come back to the car wash after Im ready. So I went and accomplished the tasks, and returned to the Sparkle Car Wash later. My car was still not done and talked to the owner, and he said that he was aware of some workers that are sabotaging the business, but assured me he was going to take care of that problem in the near future. So, thanks to good harted owner, and I hope (and Im sure) his business will continue to prosper.

I wish I didnt get there. Here I want to tell my bad experience with this place. I came here because I had a window chip on my car, needed to be repaired. They told me I have another so they would fix both. Then, However, a month later I was surprised I realized the old one started to spread widely, so I went to them to complain, but they said I just paid only for one. I am not that stupid guy who came just to fix one and knew the other is going worse . I feel really upset and I lost money because of their mistake. From my experience I recommend NOT go there and go to who is much more professional.

Rude employees and slow, inconsistent service. I paid for a month unlimited basic inside and outside service for $60 and received a drive thru $8 wash without inside or dry. When I questioned it and complained I was told they will put me back at the end of the line. They refused to issue me a refund and failed to produce a manager to aid me. They even had the nerve to raise their voice to me because I didnt know which one of there 20 staff members first assisted me. If they dont know their employs I dont know why they expect me to. Never will I spend a dime here again!

Took my car for a wash & I usually pay for one of their top washes & they didnt even bother to wipe the bugs off my windshield and front end of my car. My car is white & all the dirt that collected through the wash they didnt even bother to wash off correctly. I honestly think the $5 gas station car washes would have cleaned it better. Very disappointed w/their service that has gone down a lot. I dont think I will be returning.

Terrible service here I had at least 5 employees working on my car and they couldnt even take off the bugs and the vacuuming is absurd there was still dirt underneath my mats when i got home i my rims were not even cleaned there was still dirt all over them. I prefer going to the carwash on Pioneer Avenue. Summary: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE WORKERS ARE LOUSY AND DONT TAKE THE TIME AND EFFORT TO CLEAN YOUR CAR WITH QUALITY

I went to this car wash today and I paid $38.95 for nothing, they were done in a half hour. The windshield still had bug stuff on it and the front hood still had bug stuff too. When I got home I opened the hatchback and they didnt even vacuum it. Upon looking further the inside interior was hardly even wiped out. I used to come to this establishment and was very satisfied, but not now,and so I will never go back again.

Stopped by this car wash place for a nice cleaning of my car after 3 round trips (10K miles) across the country in less than three weeks. Great service, friendly staff and great price - super wash and hand wax for under $50.
