Terrible process. They load 9 cars into the cleaning area and all 9 have to be completed before the next 9 can be loaded for cleaning. I have been waiting 40 minute so far and counting. There are not enough workers to service the cars efficiently so they move from car to car instead of doing them all at once.

They were just Ok. I paid for the second-tier wash, they didnt clean the mirrors and left some dirt on the interior trimming. Also they forgot to leave the car air freshener at the end. Other than the mirrors, the exterior of the car was clean, but for the amount paid I expected better service.

The service is toooooooooo slow. Im not a person who love reviewing places. But I have waiting here for an hour got nothing to do but write a review. They told me it can be done in half an hour, but so far there are no sign they gonna finish it any time very soon.

Once you get into the line, they will never let you go out even if you have an emergency and make several requests. The end result is not good anyway for all the pains.

Decent car wash but dont go there on Sunday late afternoon, unless you want to spend 90+ mins for a car wash. They usually have a skeleton crew on.
