I have been to this Classic Car Wash for many years. They do a fine job for a reasonable price if youre looking for just a basic cleaning, and they recycle the water so its better than doing it at home. However, they are not careful and do not do a thorough job. They never move the seat belts to vacuum under them (the ones in the back seat just lying there on the seat cushion). I lift them up, and there are always a bunch of crumbs underneath. I even pointed this out to a manager once, and he said "Thats ridiculous; Ill talk to them about that" but nothing ever changed. They dont vacuum under the floor mats. They dont clean the tops of the windows -- you have to specifically request that they partially roll down the windows to clean the tops. The car always looks better overall, but if you take a careful look, you can still find plenty of messiness. The worst thing that ever happened was I bought a full shampooing and wax job for the entire car -- I wanted it immaculate. it took them a couple of hours, which is fine, but I was in a hurry by the time they were done so I grabbed the keys and left, going directly home. The next day when I walked out to my car, there was a HUGE dent in the passenger side front bumper -- I mean, they really smashed it. It wasnt there before I went to the car wash, and I didnt go anywhere except directly home and park in my driveway. There was nowhere else it could have happened except there. I was kicking myself for not inspecting my car more thoroughly before driving off, but of course by that time it was too late to do anything about it. I was very upset that they had run my car into something and not mentioned it to me (the dent was so big, there was no way they wouldnt have known what they did) -- probably hoping the whole time that I would drive off and not notice it, which is exactly what I did. Anyway I still go there because its quick and the people are friendly. They have some really nice and unique items in the store. Also, if you have your dog with you, theyre fine with you bringing it into the store to pay, which I think is nice. But, be sure to inspect your car before you drive away.

I went to this place because it was only a few blocks down my house. When i first got there they were busy but it was my day off and i dont have access to water in the Apts i live in, so i went in. At first they took my order and were really polite, as i waited i felt confident that they would get the job done. After they were done i looked at the truck and it looked clean they tell me i could leave so i did, But as i was going to leave i noticed i could move the truck. Then i realized that the transmission was in Reverse but was with the Parking Brake engaged, i tried to move it and it didnt move. Looked like someone had forgotten to put it in Park and just but it in Reverse then engaged the Parking Brake. I was not happy, i couldnt move the truck so i simply get out and speak to one of the guys working there. He tells me that it wasnt their fault, then goes and tries to move it to Park but couldnt some how he manages to get it to move it a bit then gets the Manager. He asks me "How can i help you" so i tell the problem, as he listens he gives me look as to say i was trying to get some money from the company but i just wanted my truck to work as it was working before, I even told him to ask one of the guys who was in the vacuum area who saw me when i put the vehicle in Park position. After a minute he gets it to go to park and tries to teach what i did wrong as if i had messed up the transmission in the first place i was not pleased, but i had to be somewhere so i didnt argue and simply said thank you and had left. Overall im not here reviewing this business as a place where they dont give you a good car wash, I am reviewing it as a place that has terrible customer service. Though it is down the block from where i live i will not ever be going to that place again. And If you go their be very cautious on what they do to your vehicle.

I dont know about you all but Im pretty particular about my car and taking it to this car wash one morning was a mistake. The attendants hardly speak english and some of them arent even licensed. I realize they are on private property but this particular morning I was running short of time and had a car show to attend with my car. I took it there and as soon as it was in their hands before vacuuming it the attendant swung the door open hitting the concrete planter. That was just the start of it. After being washed and detailed and ready for me to leave an attendant entered another vehicle ready for detailing and didnt watch from behind him where I was ready to exit! At a complete stop with the huge 4X4 in front of me not knowing whether he was leaving or even the owner I sat there patiently waiting and to my surprise he places the truck in reverse and with a 2 second reaction time I put my car in reverse and didnt move and instead laid on the horn which he couldnt hear or wasnt paying attention and wrecked my beautiful Mustang. The next time I second question myself about whether or not I should wash my own car or pay someone to do it I wont be going far but in the driveway where I am safe from the ignorance of others. And yes I realize accidents happen but this car wash is entirely too busy for their own good. This accident cost in repairs alone, 6600.00 and a rental car of approximately 1500.00.

Customer service on December 9 was terrible. Tere were 2, maybe 3 cars each in a lane when I arrived, so I took the unoccupied lane on the far right. I know the 2 attendants saw me as I drove in, they looked directly at my approaching car. The SUV in the lane next to me was getting gas- no problem. The gentleman attendant was writing up the car(s?) in the other lane and the woman attendant was talking to the driver of the SUV. I waited for one of them to approach my car at least to say, "Well be with you as soon as we can...". I didnt expect instant service- I know how it is, so I waited, and waited, and waited, and watched the woman attendant casually talking to the driver of the SUV. And I waited. No one approached me at least to say, "Hey, were a little busy, but well be with you as soon as we can." Crickets- nothing. I was going to get a full Detail, top of the line- I dont know the price, but its over $100. Finally I backed my car out of the lane and turned it to drive away. I got out of the car and had to find one of the attendants, the woman. I asked her if they were washing cars today- Absolutely! I told her I was going to get a full Detail, but they lost me- because no one approached me, no one acknowledged me, no one even asked me how I was. Off to another car wash for a full detailed treatment- they lost out on some serious money!
