NO SIRVE PARA NADA ESTE NEGOCIO Este era mi lugar favorito hace años hoy domingo junio 4 de 2017 volví a visitar y de verdad un pésimo servicio desde que cambio de dueño y creo que abusan de sus empleados muchos empleados son de la tercera edad y se aprovechan de ellos no tiren su dinero es una basura este negocio NO SIRVE PARA NADA!!!!!!

Absolutely useless car wash. Have yet to find a place where they actually clean your car. This is a scam just like the many others I have tried to date. Even after telling them that I want all the nooks and crannies cleaned, they never did so. Its all about getting the car out the other end, as quickly as possible and waiting to get tipped for doing as little as possible. Coming from Europe, I still have to understand this american way of doing business. Its all about getting things done as quickly as possible, with little or no regard to the quality of work.

They did the worst job. They didnt even clean the inside furniture like steering tape and dashboard. It was full of dust and dirt that is why i went for a cash wash and when i asked them to clean the guy said i have to pay extra for it. Wow. I was shocked. I dont mind them talking in spanish but since i knew they were talkig about me and said some really bad words for me as I understand a little bit. Also they kept staring at me like they are here to fight but not work. So not professional. Never going back there.

Good car wash, affordable and theyve done a very thorough job any time Ive come in. They have an indoor waiting area, TV, large fish and turtle area inside. If youre hungry while youre there and its before 6 PM, consider trying the food truck nearby. It passes the time and its quite good. No complaints - _very_ thorough job for what I feel to be a reasonable price. Watch Valpack if you want, sometimes coupons come in through that, as well.

I normally pay around $8 for a basic car wash with hand dry. I paid $16.95 here, figured they would do a better job. I figured wrong. The entire back side of my van was dirty, water streaks down the windows, and dirt left on a couple spots on the sides. Not military friendly. If I would have had more time, I would have made them run it through and clean it again or get my money back.

A very unique car wash! How many other places have an aquarium and aviary with turtles, koi, parrots and all sorts of birds in their waiting area? Pro tip: if you need exterior wash only, ask for it! Its $15. Also beware the attention seeking parrot that keeps saying hello to you.

Ultra wash is best.. These people work hard and get a good car wash...will recommend going here if you live in Fremont Milpitas Hayward area.. They do leave some spots to clean but if u say its not clean they clean it happily... Good job amigos

They did an awsome job. I know this is my new favorite car wash. They did things that other car washes dont do like wipe down the door jams and stuff. Maybe thats because I paid for the 30 carwash tho... I think the basic wash would be good tho.

Decent enough job but dont expect superior detailing. Relatively quick and there is a taco truck near by if you come at lunch. Not sure if its expensive or not since I havent been elsewhere, but Im happy with the cost and what I get for it.

I love this place!! Not only did they do a wonderful job on my car, but there are animals in the waiting area!! There are fish, cats, and birds. The cashier was really nice and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back :-)

Great friendly service. They accept competitors coupons, so keep an eye out for them and bring them here! Also dont forget to stop in and say "hi" to the talking parrots in the shop.

I dont hate this place. I get the $24.95 option, sometimes $29.95 You wont get the most amazing car wash, but its ok. I like that I leave within an hour I get here.

Very reasonable rates, good selection of services. Best times are during the mornings, usually less than 30 minutes. Afternoons tend to be busy -- 45 minutes or more.

This is a nice stop to get the cars washed. They are a little inconsistent with the quality of the wash, but the service is friendly and value is there.

Im very happy with their work! Pacific did a good job detailing my car. They are very thourough and quick, too. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Dont go there, if they break something, they gonna blame you for that and nobody seems to take responsibility of what happened. Very disappointed.

The car wash is pretty good and not to expensive, but the real treat is the wait area with the pool full of fish and turtles. Recommended!
