• If I had an option to put negative stars for this business I would select this as the option. The one star rating means NEGATIVE, dont do business with these people. The lack of respect and professionalism courtesy is beyond any scope of detail that I can provide. I purchased a standard wash from the Vacaville location and left this establishment with damage to my new car. The initial contact with the cashier, the manager (the son) was ridiculous! At no time did my complaint go on responsive ears. My brand new car now has scratches as a result of the car wash received from this establishment. Upon dealing with condescending staff and family members; I would tell you NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Do not have any service provided by this establishment because if something happens caused by their 1.5 million dollar equipment, IT DID NOT HAPPEN because they said so! They are unprofessional and they do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had material from the brushes stuck in the side of my car, but they said "that did not happen here." As a result of a $16.99 standard wash Im left with damage to my new car. Ill be taking every opportunity to get the word out on 5 Star Car Wash and Detailing Center. THEY HAVE BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BAD EQUIPMENT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. My overall all rating NEGATIVE 10 STARS, I sure wish this was an option

I went to the carwash on Orange Dr in Vacaville. This sun had taken its toll on my car so the interior & windows were pretty bad. So I paid a little more to get the 4-star services. Needless to say, nothing was done that was listed. I watched as my car was dried. I saw one guy start wiping down my vehicle. He dried maybe one side of the car then left my car in the sun, like it was too much for him. After a bit, the next guy came along & did a bit better job on the outside, but the inside of my car was still dirty. Like it wasnt even touched. The outside of my car my was clean.....on the top half! It looked like the bottom half of my car wasnt even touched! I looked it over while I was there & it looked ok. But when I got home, I saw spots on all the windows & mirrors, spots on the doors, & what looked like a branch from a tree in the lower area of the front windsheild. Good thing is - I can see through my windows look a little better. Bad news I didnt get anything even close to what I paid for!! Probably wont be going back there.

Had our vehicle detailed here it had some dust from previous owner living in the country area. Paid for the interior detailing at a decent price. Door jambs were part of the service offered and they left multiple obvious spots of dust with door jambs that were not hard to reach areas. Some dog hair still under seats in areas they raised to clean carpets. They totally missed the center console. Overall they knocked down a large portion of the detail job. Carpets turned out great. Unfortunately their tool to eliminate odors was out of service (previous smokers car) but carpets cleaning did help with the smell.

I have been frequenting 5 star car wash for the past five years and have NEVER had a problem. The staff goes not only above but beyond in the quality of work they perform along with friendliness. Ive recommended several friends and have always heard positive feedback from their experience as well! They even offer a rewards card which entitles you to a free wash after so many purchased!!! Brilliant!!!! Id recommend this car wash to any and everyone.... Dont waste your money at other places in Vacaville/ Fairfield...... 5 star car wash is beyond the best!!!!

Took my truck here last weekend, I asked for the 3 star service but was talked into the 4 star service and managers special, unfortunately what I actually got was a 1 star service with a lack of managers quality control. This is the second time I have taken my truck here and had to finish cleaning it myself at home. Several missed spots on the wheals, missed entire back window, only cleaned half of the inside, car scent was not applied. I pointed out some things to the attendant and he took care of them, but it just became frustrating so I left.

I brought my 2 cars here a few times and it is a good wash. I used coupons and I noticed most of the time I had to point out 1-2 services they failed to provide. The last time I went there was a $10 price difference between my cars although they got the same wash. They said it was an oversized vehicle charge. I pointed out I had been here before with out this charge and that my other car didnt receive the same charge despite the cars being comparable in size. They didnt correct the price difference and I havent been back.

Zero work ethic Zero pride in their work Little value to the car wash, left me feeling I need to wash it. I got the 3 star package because I had a $17 off coupon they sent me, wasted $5. My dash was cleaned but still had dust/hair all over. I complained to the guy at the end, and he just rewiped it off with a towel. The corners on the windows are still dirty. They went through all the motions of the wash, but didnt do anything with pride.

Poor managing of the order of cars cleaned. I sat there and watched them finish 3 cars before they touched mine, and I know they came after I had arrived. I also saw a man drive off in a fit of rage because of some dispute over what was left on the hood of his car, now whos knows if that was really the car washes fault but it cant be good for business. The point is dont come here, there are plenty of other car washes in town, try them first.

Today, 7/22/17 I was at 7:40 am in the line to get a car wash, there were 3 cars ahead of me and like 7 behind. As soon they opened , one of the employees started chatting with customers I believe he knew or may be his friends and he let attended those customers before me. I ask him why? He just said I dont know. This is the second time that happened to me. I am not reccomending this place neither coming back.

Got a full detail and I was not very happy the way they clean my car.exterior was pretty shiny and clean but I think they could have done better with the money that I pay and i look at my interior looks like they didnt really do anything with it and looks like didnt even vacuum the carpet really good! Didnt really do a great job and I feel like I pay to much money for the ok work they done in my car.

I took my car to get detailed and washed and they did an excellent job! My car was very clean on the inside and outside. They did an awesome job on the vacuuming and shampooing. My car was filthy before taking it in and once I left my car was like brand new! The customer service is very good and they detail your car in less than thirty minutes and still manage to do a good job. Good price, good work
