They dont deserve a star these people I have been going to faithfully for 2 years straight and I have a membership. So yesterday I get there while sitting in line for already 10 minutes waiting as they was up there talking as Im sitting behind 2 cars , and the last time the man told me to wait because I would have to drive up myself, so I was just following last weeks instructions. So yesterday a guy walks over and says very condescending "you need to move your car over here" I asked why he goes "just move it" and then throws one of the cones in the back of the car in front of me and walked off. I seen him come back giving me attitude by starring at me like he was mad about something but I honestly didnt think it was targeted to me because I dont know him , he was being rude to me not vice versa, and for what? Once I got to the man to get my receipt I thought everything was good. Well today I went to fill my tank and started to grab my credit card and notice two cuts on my seat where the back of your leg sits mind you, I wipe my seats with leather wipes regularly and I know my interior of my car, I love my car. I have very minor aesthetic scratches on the outside but my inside is A1. I immediately go up to the car wash because I live right around the corner and the manager Mike I believe he said his name was that is generally nice, I told Him that rude man yesterday cut my seats in my car. He the supposedly manager tried to say that my seats are worn out and they get like that. I showed him the leather wipes and told "No they arent I wipe them down at least once a month and I come here about 5 times a month so I know for sure my seat wasnt like that. Im the only person that drives the car and I work from home so I know for sure thats not true. He said he was trying to explain to me about my car. But I know for sure what that rude for no reason man did. What his problem was I have no clue he is just ignorant, how the manager could go from nice to an idiot when Im letting him know one of his employees cut my seat is beyond my comprehension. I will be filing more reports in detail to BBB and the city of Fremont and if possible the Fremont Police for vandalizing property. I know for sure I will never go back there ever again and I will make sure as much as the community knows that this car wash has Criminal minded employees that like to cut customers leather seats. This is ridiculous and I have never seen people not able to own up to their mistakes. Karma always catches up in one form or another. Good luck with that Bad Business I been a Fremont resident since 1992 and this is the worst business Ive ever encountered and I urge anyone to never go there they are only nice to get our money. The service isnt that great anyway I just believe in supporting our local businesses because Im a small business owner. I dont want anything to be perfect but vandalizing and using some sort of knife or blade to cut my seat should be against the law.

Ive been coming to this place for years. The reason I thought to write this time is because their service level is going down. Every time I get my car washed I find something wrong and when I go back to any stuff because I never know who the manager is I get the run around. They do a quick job and dont pay attention to small things like dust on dashboard. I had to point out at least 4 things to the lady who wiped down water off my car n quickly vaccumed. Their staff broke my rear view mirror and put it back, as I drove off , mirror came off , I called and asked manager to call back, no one returned my call till today. Another day I was waiting( before they broke my mirror) a lady had her iwatch stolen from car. Another time I had detailed done they ruined my leather seat. Language is a barrier with staff.. so I felt helpless becuz they wouldnt admit or understand that they do wrong. Their basic wash is pricey, they do very fast job to get u in n out. I bought a new car n would never go back there. They are not ethical .

I went here because I needed a car wash bad and they were close by. I was considering getting my leather seats shampooed but was in a hurry so asked how long it would be. He assured me it would be about the same amount of time as a regular car wash, no more than an hour. I also specifically asked if it would leave my seats greasy and he said no. After waiting 2 hours and having everyone else that came in around the same time as me and after me leave before me I finally got to the see my car... Not only was my car not fully cleaned my entire inside was completely greasy and you could see exactly where they wiped the seats! I tried wiping the seats down when I got home with no luck I also have some marks on my seats that were not there before. I will never be coming back to this place! That was a complete waste of 2 hours out of my day!

I stopped by for a interior detail on my Honda Odyssey and was utterly dissapointed by the detailing. I pointed out the concerns to Michael & Ruben (Mgr) and they were sorry for the lousy job they had done after leaving the van for 4 hours. They still managed to charge me 50$ for the wax which was offered as free initially with the detail. There were few places inside the van they didnt even touch viz., back of the seat, under the sliding door, under the rear seat etc. Also the rims of the wheels were left untouched except for the coating to shine the tires. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DEATILING YOUR CAR THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. However, if you need exterior wash or wax then this place is decent.

Ive got to agree with the other reviewers; but I believe it is a management issue more than anything else. I was talked into the Special that cleaned the leather seats, all leather materials, etc. for just $99.00. My deciding factor was if it would only take an hour. I figured that 4 folk working on the car would only take an hour or so. 1.5 hours later I look at the progress and my car still had wax on it. I asked management to look into it so she asked me what time I had to leave and I said "A half hour ago." Now rushing my car through, I got in and had to ask them to get the water spots on the windshield while I clean dirt left in the cracks of the leather seat. SUPER BAD....

This car wash is a rip off. I was sold the "silver" plan without knowing all the restrictions theyve applied on it. I was not told it was a 2 month commitment, I was not told that I could only bring my car Tues-Thurs. I work full time and cannot make it to the car wash before it closed on those days. IF they had been truthful when presenting me with the "great" plan I would not have purchased it as it does not benefit me, only THEM! I have tried to leave phone messages, sent an internet message and still have not received any reply back. My car is filthy and Im paying $39.95 each month and have yet to get it washed. What a RIP OFF!
