Not good. I pulled up, had to ask which stall to pull into because no one was directing the customers. Then I went inside to pay and no one was in the store area. Waited for about 5 minutes and the lady came back in and sat down at the counter, didnt apologize, proceeded to check her cell phone for missed calls and then processed my transaction. While I was waiting for my truck the cashier left her desk again and walked into an office area and proceeded to argue with the manager in plain view of everyone around me. When they were done with my truck the two guys simply walked away and didnt try to wave me down or tell me it was done. I had to ask someone if it was done. The car wash was pretty crappy. They missed a lot of spots, and the wheels still had oil and grime on them. Basically, It needs to be rewashed. Also they used too much of the greasy interior cleaner on my door and interior. This is the only car wash in the area near my work, but I wont be coming back. I could have done a better job myself. Its a $30 car wash. I wasnt expecting a detail and wax, but the service and quality of the wash was just awful.

This place does a horrible job. I decided to get my new car a wash and when I got my car back there were damages found to my steering wheel. I asked the guy that was cleaning my what happen he started to act brands new and told me that he was not the one that was cleaning my car that it was someone else. I spoken with the so call manager John to ask him who going to pay for my steering wheel he tried to claim that it was like that when I brought it in. I called my insurance to file a claim and they told me to gather the following information. I asked them for there business card the lady behind the cash register tried to hide them. I pointed them out she didnt want to give me one. While heading back to my car the people that were cleaning my car were speaking Spanish telling each other not to give me there names.

I had been recommended to San Jose Touchless Carwash from a friend of mine and I have to say, I was more than satisfied. Theres some great service here and its very affordable. The detailer was not only skilled and did a great job, but he was also very enthusiastic and kind. He was able to get my car its needed assistance at a time and place convenient to me. With all these in mind and my car looking greater than ever, theres no doubt I would turn back to San Jose Touchless Carwash whenever I need a fix. It provides me comfort and a sense of security knowing that they have my back, especially since driving at this young an age is so much more risky and prone to damages.

Many of 1-star reviews shown on Yelp are correct about the low quality of the service and also of the Cashier! I got a bad experience occurred to my brand new car. The workers here are extremely careless. They made my black leather chair damaged by the large white spots spread all over my chair. These white spots seemed to be resulted from a wrong chemical liquid mistakenly applied onto my leather chair. I feel so bad every time entering into my car and seeing those white spots. I regretted that I didnt read the Yelp Review before trying the Car Wash here. The owner doesnt monitor his/her workers.

A neighbor had his car done near here and hes very particular. It looked excellent so I took my car to San Jose Touchless since it was in the general area he told me hed has his done in. This could not have been the same place! It was really a shame. I couldve gone to local gas station and gotten a better wash, it was really poor . From the cashier-who must have been having a bad day-to the spots and marks left on my car both outside and in....I definitely wont be going back to this business . Save your $30 plus!

My family and I always go here to get our car wash. I drive a Mercedes C300 and they always take such good care of my car, and the price is extremely fair! The workers are extremely nice, even when I have special requests. Theyre also extremely hard working, especially in this baking California heat, SO DONT FORGET TO TIP!!!! The front desk/cashier is not too nice, but I can live with that ahaha. The San Jose special works for me. I would highly recommend this place :)

Lazy Workers. Paid 22 for a car wash that I ended up cleaning myself. There was still garbage in my car. Vacuum crew thats your job. My Mirrors still have spots. Inside my car wasnt wiped down, like it shouldve been. Lazy workers. They get paid to stand around and talk vs working. I dont know how your still in business.

Although this place is not fancy (as are the Classic Washes), they did a great job. I had my car completely detailed - clay, wax, armor-all, upholstery washed. When they were done, it was spotless. The employees take a lot of pride in the work they do. Reasonable prices, fast, and friendly.

Customers service nit friendly, not enough workers to get the job done quickly, workers are not focus on their jobs, waited for almost 2 hrs!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

They do a good job to make your car shinny but they dont really clean it they just move the dirt around . My rims were not clean right and the button sides of my car were not either
