Hi, this is an update on my recent review. Sandra took great care of me this morning. The car needed a wash and i havent the time. So I email Sandra earlier this morning to see if she could work me in. True to her usual great customer service, she set me up for a 1pm appointment. The car looked spotless!! This lady really does a top notch job of car detailing as in my previous appointment. Her crew are outstanding, and take pride in their work. And more important than anything else, Sandra and her crew are TOTALLY focused on customer service and satisfaction!! Please give her a try!! This is a great mobile auto detailing service. Sandra was courteous and friendly. She took her time checking out my cars finish and the uphostery and reviewed several options and explaining the level of detail service that was right for my car. The car looks fantastic!!!! The owner, Sandra is genuinely proud of her business and it shows in her treatment of her customers!! She is really concerned about your satisfaction and goes above and beyond to keep you happy. She truly understands customer service is the key for continued success, repeat business and referrals. I highly recommend you give the crew at DoubleTake a try.

Im one that never goes to carwash places especially the ones with rotating brushes. Why on earth would you take your nice car to what are referred to as "swirl-o-matics"! I usually do my own car washes but my weekends are very much cherished nowadays with a growing family. Glad I found this place! Took my car in this weekend here at DoubleTake. These guys are by appointment only and what that means is they focus on each car they work on with care. You may think going to a hand wash volume place is safe from damaging your paint but think about it...volume place with an assembly line of workers will most likely be wiping your car with the same abrasive rags as if youve gone into an automatic car wash tunnel. Not here...the staff and owners particularly Sandra are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The owners themselves are also working on your car! My car looked fantastic! Also, after they work on your car they have you put it out in good light outside and have you inspect and encourage you to point out anything they might have missed. Sounds expensive? Youll be surprised how reasonable theyre prices are especially once you see your car. Its more than worth it! Wow! Cant wait to go to my next visit!

For someone whos new to the area, I scored BIG by ending up at DoubleTake AutoSpa. I accidentally got some paint-transfer onto my new car door. I went to another detailer and was told it would cost around $1,000 to get my car back to new, because of the paint work, and how it should be blended from one door to the next... (clearly trying to take advantage of my situation) Im a DIY kinda guy, so I bought my own Rubbing Compound from AutoZone ($17), and a pack of cotton cloths ($5) to see how much I could get off myself, but I wanted a second opinion before I started rubbing away. When I researched online there were so many good reviews for DoubleTake AutoSpa (so I had to stop by). Sandra was kind enough to show me the proper technique, and let me use one of their microfiber cloths to finish and in 30 minutes I had the door 99.9% better. Since its a lease, I opted to have them do a full wash & wax after. Now, my car looks brand new again. I will be coming here from now on not only because of the great work that they do, but who they are as people. Thanks again everyone!

I brought in a used car I had just purchased which had this reddish brown soot all over the interior of the car. The soot was EVERYWHERE -- in vents, on upholstery, under the seats, on the seat belts, behind the window seals, and it didnt come off with basic at-home cleaning solution and towel wiping. I took it to DoubleTake Auto Spa for an interior deep clean service, hopeful but not entirely confident the soot could be removed. Three hours later I was called in to inspect their work while the team stood on standby to clean any missed spots I found. At first glance I was amazed -- the soot appeared to be gone. Then the owner encouraged me to check every nook and cranny just to be sure I was completely satisfied. Im fairly detail oriented and anal retentive, so naturally I was very happy to do so -- and they happily cleaned every last little spot I could find during the next 30 minutes. Not once did they make me feel like I was being too picky or asking for too much. Instead I just felt like they took great pride in their work and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. And I was.

Horrid service with a "take it or leave it" attitude: I purchased a Google Offer so one would think the company would want to impress a new customer. However.. 1. Created an appointment request on the website for the next day 2, Received zero response.. neither email nor phone 3. No one showed up at the scheduled appointment 4. Called a few days later and was told that someone would look into it. 5. Did not get a call back that day 6. Called the next day and scheduled an appointment after the operator gave me the excuse that they are short staffed and that is why my appointment and follow up fell through the cracks. 7. Asked to speak to a manager. Manager would have to call me back 8. Manager called and I calmly explained my experience and that it had not met my expectations. He told me "Heres the deal, either you want to use our service or you dont" It is insane that one can manage a business with this attitude. Clearly I will be getting a refund for my Google Offer and going elsewhere for service

My car was smoked in and I needed to get the smell out. Unfortunately, there arent many auto detail businesses in the Bay Area that have a solid reputation and produce solid results consistently. Looking at DoubleTakes reviews on Yelp/Google, I decided to reach out to Sandra and was able to book a same-day appointment for an interior steam clean + Ozone treatment for the smoke smell. Sanda was professional, courteous, and very much present for the entire process while her team worked on my car. After the steam clean, I was asked to do a spot check of the inside of the vehicle to ensure that nothing was missed before they went ahead with the ozone treatment. Her team was very responsive when I pointed out the few minor items I noticed and took care of it promptly. Once the Ozone treatment was completed, I went inside the car and you would never know that it was ever smoked in. Overall excellent customer service and excellent results. My new go-to place for future detailing.

This company is really good! I must admit, I went with those cheap detailing companies a few times and was not happy at all. You know that ole saying, you pay for what you get. I decided not to focus on the price, but rather the reputation of a company. After reading this companys reviews I decided to give them a try. They were a little out of my price range, but Im glad, I paid the extra money as they made my car look like new! Really, they must use the best products on the market because I had a lot of stains on my seats and floor mats that other detailers could not get out, so I told their team not to worry about the mats as I was going to replace them, but this company made my seats, floor mats and carpets look great, therefore, I didnt have to waste extra money purchasing new ones, thats how good they are! If youre looking for an auto detailing company that DELIVER RESULTS, than this is it! Take my advice, dont go cheap, go with the best!
