After 3 weeks of sitting outside parked under a tree, my car was in desperate need of a wash. There were stains all over the hood, roof, & trunk. After looking at their web site, I decided to try Cruz Car Wash. My car was so bad that the manager even came out to assess the situation. I paid $45 for them to use some kind of chemical treatment for the stains & also to wax my car, & it was well worth the money. They managed to get the majority of the stains out, & now my car looks all shiny & almost new. I also think they did a nice job with customer service. Now I know where to go for a car wash in Santa Cruz.

This is the worst car wash place in Santa Cruz. The first time I went there, I made them vacuum out my truck again because you could easily pick up debris from cracks between the trim. I decided to give them another chance 6 months later because I was in a rush, and they had to vacuum it out a total of 3 times and had to clean multiple spots on the exterior again, after paying $40! They do a rush job every time, no matter how much you pay. You would be better off washing your own car at home.

Express wash was shoddy at best. For what they charge they dont even vacuum your car or dry your car. After paying $11 to have my car washed there was still bird poop and dirt in the lower underbody. They need you poor work even with there expensive wash and wax services need to step up their game at this point I prefer to take my car to the do-it-yourself place at least I know my car is clean and it cost less.

Im not saying this for sure but I hadnt used my credit card for a week and not an hour after a car wash here my card had been cloned and used to buy 156$ worth of groceries at Nob Hill. Also they didnt really wipe down my car after the wash and it came out looking really dirty still. Not what I expect from a car wash that cares.

I had a full mobile detail today from them and I couldnt be more happy with the outcome! It was $200 for the inside/out, and that includes EVERYTHING! (-tip) But they did such an amazing job that I tipped extra! The technicians were very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and best of all, they came to me! A+++ in my book!

Service with a smile, no attitudes and friendly. They work hard there and I recently found out they are the only green car wash in the County AND the only locally owned car wash in the county. Why go anywhere else? Go to their website and sign up for the monthly newsletter. You get coupons and offers once a month - awesome!

When I pulled in I was greeted by a friendly employee who showed me the different options. They smiled and took my car to wash and vacuum. I waited in the lobby and was amused by their humorous signs on the wall. They have a comfortable atmosphere to their lobby. Way better than anything I could do at home on my own.

I was not very impressed. They missed spots on the back of the car, the interior was still fairly dirty, and it took a while. I even bought the most expensive wash but it seemed like I only got a basic job. The wax did shine and look great on most of the car.

They greeted me very nicely and showed me their price list. I told them I couldnt wait very long so they sped up the process. My car is spotless in and out and the carpets and mats look like new! Everyone was very pleasant. Great place.

Pretty good, but for 28.00 The Whole Enchilada plus 8.00 to clean my floor mats, I dont feel they did a very thorough job. Had to revacuum when I got home plus had to clean greasy fingerprints off my doors that werent there before.

They do a fairly good job but you have to keep an eye on them to make sure that they get everything. Last time one side was completely clean but the other side not so much. I would have had them fix that but we were out of time.

Had a monthly plan here. Always painless, scan and go. Their carwash system is not as new and advanced so at the end the workers have to come wipe down your car a bit, which is fine but it always make me feel obligated to tip.

Very disappointed! Took my SUV and it was in and out in 10-15 min! Still had dirt in the dashboard, not vaccum right! I am very disappointed for what I payed. I dont recommend this place. I want a refund!!!!

Always have received great service and greeted by friendly staff. If I every see a spot missed they are quick to fix it, and with their rewash policy I know I can count on my car to look its best.

Tried this place several times. Its ok. The location is convenient for me. The staff is great. The actual car cleaners however,(who wipe down and vacuum your interior are not at all thorough :(

A bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for. The attendant spent plenty of time on my car, and was very thorough (maybe too thorough; I was in a rush). Best carwash Ive had in a long while.

Fast service, worth signing up as a member to streamline wash options and get free washes. Car gets reasonably clean. Could use better rags for the windows that dont leave threads.
