I really dont know anymore what it takes in the Bay Area to get your car properly washed and cleaned. I guess I should just do it myself next time and get the results Im expecting. Im not sorry that Im used to far better car cleaning for a lot less (and I am willing to pay more, just to get the job properly and I mean *properly* done). The prices for cleaning your vehicle here are steep ($20, without tip, for basic cleaning)! We paid extra, just to have the inside of the car and the boot properly cleaned (additional $25). Again, no luck. If you only care to have the surface cleaned (where your eyes linger most - dash, windshield and seats), then its okay, otherwise find a different place. The front of the car still had remnants of flies and dust after(!) washing. They didnt bother moving our things (a cable, an empty box for groceries in the boot, and a water bottle in the side pocket) and cleaning underneath them, not to mention vacuuming under the seat or in the boot. Obviously theyve never heard of such a thing. Seriously, when I get back to my car I expect it to be spotless (no hair, no tiny stones from shoes, no dust, no leaves,... nothing), even under the seats and in the boot! How difficult it is to move the seat to and fro and vacuum underneath, and open up a boot?! Such sloppy work, I cant believe it! It seems like all these (instant) car washes have two things in common: do it fast and do it half-arsed. Do as many cars as you can in as little time as possible, no matter if you do it poorly - they obviously dont get enough complaints. The lines are indeed very long, and youd expect to wait at least an hour or more to get your car back with that many people (Im used to leaving my car at a proper car wash for 4 hours, to get it cleaned as it should be). Nope. We got ours back in less than 20 minutes (I timed it on purpose), even with that "extra attention" we paid for. We gave them a chance - not once, but four times! No more. Weve had it! Were not coming back. Were gonna try hard to find someplace thats not as sloppy and does not overcharge for poor service. Avoid them if possible.

Today I had a very bad experience. The service guy bad mouthed. Used F word the rest I could not understand as it was in Spanish. Before giving the keys back after clean up he hesistated a lot as if he expected some tips. Usually I get in the car look if everything is clean before I give some tips. But this gentlemen started talking to the second guy in Spanish and all I can understand is that F word and his body language showed that he was upset and angry. I complained to the cashier. She talked to the guy. But she said the manager is not there. She gave me the number of the manager and the service person number. I left a vmail. No one called back.

They are fast while wash the small cars. Always have 2 people to clean small cars. Bit for the big cars like mini van or mid size sub, such as x5, they will just leave it under the sun after the drive thru. So all the water marks will leave on the car. And after like 20 minutes, someone, just 1, a not so willing guy will wipe the already "sun dried" car lightly, which cant even clean up the water marks. And because I have 3rd row seat, he didnt even bother to clean the 3rd row seat inside windows. All the finger prints still there.

Purchased a buy 3 get one free deal of the best wash has I had been pleased in the past. Not this time. Even though this was their "best" wash, the wheels were still dirty, there was visible dirt on the rear hatch, and the roof and the didnt seem to to the edge of the wheel wells at all. Over the next few days noticed a lot of strange fogging on the windshield and the black bumper cover was not streaked by whatever "armor-all" like product they put on it.

I just took my car to this car wash for the first time, and I have to admit, they did a terrible job for the price they charge. For instance, the interior the car wasnt cleaned, the mirrors were spotty, and so on. I had to ask them to wipe and clean a few spots over since they didnt touch it. I will not be going to this car wash again.

I went to this place while I was visiting friends in Dublin. I chose $21 package and they did a decent job. Left few spots in the car like cup tray and vacuum under seats. I pointed them right away as I read some reviews before going there and these are the common places they dont clean properly. Overall they did a good job.

Not impressed. After my Ultimate Wash the car still had dirt, fresh water drops, and dried water stains on the hood, interior floor was still dirty and dashboard was still dusty. Did not see them apply any wax. If this is what you get with the Ultimate Wash I hate to think what you get with a lesser wash.

I found out their business hours are 8:00am-6:00pm 7 days a week! They have VIP membership for $49.95 per month unlimited car wash but I didnt know that it requires 2 months minimum and charges automatically to your credit card. You have to cancel 10 days prior to expiration if you dont want to continue.

The service was 4 stars since the inside of the windshield was missing a few spots and there were dust bunnies left over from their quick wipe down. Overall a great experience but for $24.95 it seems pricey. Affordable option is $50 a month for unlimited wash/vacuums. I would return here again.

Quick service due to their well executed process. Although it was a busy day for the staff I didnt wait long and quality work was completed. No bells and whistles, which is fine. I would rather pay a reasonable rate than have amentities. Staff was polite.

Garbage. They charge a lot (minimum $25) and barely do anything at all. Youre better off with a drive-through and a 5 minute dust-buster and wipe down. Dont bother with this place.
