There was a problem with the automatic wash and it took me paying twice for a $12 wash. No issues, I thought, because the customer service office on site stated it was open. After wash is finished, I go to the customer service office, its completely empty with only a sign that says call this # for whatever (not exact verbage). I call the number, no one answers, I leave a message with name, #, reason, and receipt #. No response. Did that again later in the day. No response. This happened on a Thrusday. Today, the following Tuesday, I call the number again from my work number, which has the same name as a govt agency. Goes to voicemail and while Im leaving a message, I see a number on call waiting and send it to voicemail. Well, it was Casey w/orbit, the same person Id left 2 messages for, she stated "I just got a call from this number, Im not sure who is trying to reach me, they didnt leave a message (I was leaving one but she called back so quickly I wasnt finished yet) but Im on my cell phone right now and Ill call you back when __?____ in about 20 minutes". That was an hour ago. So, Casey, if you read this, I am following through with what I said in my message. I am giving YOU a, deserved, bad review. The actual wash was satifactory.

Have used this car wash many times and yes it is a bit pricey. I go when it is slow because I take longer because I dont like using the brush on my paint, I will on the tires but just use the soap spray to blow off the sticky bits. This last time though as I was using the brush I looked down and realized the hose was cracked and had literally covered my right side in pink foam, it was everywhere! I couldnt rinse it off because the water spray is too hard. I did my best and my shirt and jeans were drying into iridescent patterns of green and fushia. I went to talk to someone (I had seen someone inside as I pulled in) but it was locked up tight. I called and no one EVER returned my call. So shady. So, although it has always worked ok even though it costs me about $15 I cant say I can recommend them. When something does go wrong you wont get any help or response. My clothes did come clean but it made for a long afternoon of strange looks.

Paid $12 for wash, got nothing. Just to be clear, I paid to get my car washed and literally did NOT get my car washed. Then, I exited my car to maybe get this settled with an employee, come to find out NO EMPLOYEE. By this time Im starting to lose it so I think maybe I should call them. I call them 7 times...no answer. And the worst part isnt that they didnt answer, but that they didnt even have a god forsaken voicemail or answering machine! MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER GO TO A PLACE THAT DOESNT EVEN HAVE EMPLOYEES (I do understand that its a self service wash, but not even answering a damn phone call from a customer...these guys must be pretty confident about their business)

I just got my car washed by Orbit Wash in Sacramento Ca, and I am happy to say that I am very pleased with their service. My car looks spectacular. The one thing that also struck me about this business is everyone is so friendly and its managed by the owner. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend all to check this business out. Ive already got two customers for them. I can say that this is where I will be taking my car from now on. Thank you Lane for you and your crews professional service.

Best self carwash in Sacramento. They accept credit/debit cards which is rare and ultra convenient for those of us that never carry cash. The wash system offers settings not found at other similar carwashes, like warm water to help remove sap, tar, and bug guts. In addition to being a self carwash, they also offer a regular drive thru carwash. They seem to be a bit more expensive than others but, I think They are worth the additional cost.

One of the best local carwash in town. If youre looking for a place to easily and quickly wash your car, Orbit Wash is it. You have options on how you want to wash your car, either by the crew or by you (for those that like to personally clean their own cars). Yeah, if you go with their drive through car wash, it is fast and they do a great job washing and drying the car. My new car wash spot.

I am rewriting my review for a positive one. I had an issue with the tunnel but after I got in contact with the staff they did solve it for me and even better I had three free car wash and $7 as credit to use it for my convenience. I will definitely go back there all the time. Thanks again for everything.

Overpriced, small stalls. You cant just add another quarter to extend your time, you must pay another dollar. While most self car washes are $2 for 4 minutes, expect to pay $3 due to their fancy diamond plating everywhere. But great location to say the least.

Clean self wash stations with air dryers as well to get rid of water spots on your car! Super cheap , $5 for 7 minutes at self wash bays and only $2 for 5-7 minute vacuum time. Also have air pumos for tire pressure as well!

I like washing my own car so the whole thing actually gets washed. I went here to Orbit and was very happy. Clean place, well laid out, good pricing, everything worked like it should. I will only go here for now on.

Machine took my money, I pulled forward as instructed, and the car wash never started. There were no staff on hand to help, no number to call, only unhelpful instructions. I just wasted money and a bunch of time.

Vacuum times are short.... the "high pressure" rinse takes forever. The credit card payment system just randomly decides what you want. Just a typical nickel and dime rip you off every chance they can.

If you want to spend an hour for a car wash if you have a lot of time to waste. The staff there are extremely slow they had to run my car through the wash three times the last time I was there.

Everything works except for the turbo dryer the hose I had had a hole in it so theres no pressure to drive the car other than that its a nice place

Kind of expensive in comparison to others. Also, the stall is pretty small as well (wide wise, length wise it is adequate).
