The girls outside are nice, who wouldve thought getting a carwash was like ordering a burger through a drive thru? This facility has the fabric things that wash your vehicle, so if another car happens to have some tar or grease or stuff like that, it will stick to the fabric thats supposed to clean your car, so you might get some of that. I know I had my car dusty but when it came out I found a big dull spot, after closer look I figured it was grease that transferred from the washing machine. Also not all vacuums are that good. 2 stars for the girls, the quick service and convenience, now Im let to figure out how to get this grease off the paint.

Great car wash and a very reasonable price. They seem to slow things down though with there insistence on using actual staff to check the cars in. They have machines to take payments, but the machines always seem broken and havent been repaired in years. The staff have to come around with little tablets and take your payment, along with pictures or data entry of your license plate, which is also strange. Good car wash, but just know they are doing some form of tracking data on you.

Still a dirty car! I took my car through on Saturday, bought the top of the line wash, and when I got home the panels under the door were still dirty, the back window is so streaked I cant see through it, and the drivers side window still has the "shadow" of the bird dropping I went in with. This is the second time Ive gone there, and I have not had a good experience. When it was under its former owner, it was GREAT! Now, its just so quick and so useless, I will never go back!

My car kind of sat in the wash at least 3 times too long, while going through wash. I felt like it was going to take the paint off my car or break my windows. Thats kind of scary considering I cant get out of car to tell anyone Im stuck. They only had one person working, which makes in hard to make sure nothing goes wrong while a car is in the machine. They need at least 2 (1 to check in 1 to operate the machine ). If there is not 2 people, drive away!!

This is one of their newest facilities. They have 2 lines, though people dont really respect the signs and the employees dont enforce them (although theres no way to). The car will get clean, and if it doesnt theyll let you come back through until it is for free. Only problem with this place is the fact that the blowers dont get your car 100% dry so if you want to avoid the hard water spots from the area, youll need to dry the car yourself.

Im a Quick Quack regular. This specific location I have always been pleased with. They move everyone through fairly quick. Even the other day, only ONE girl manning the place, she kept a smile in the heat and kept everyone moving in an orderly fashion! Clean and have not needed a re-run wash at this location yet. Plenty of covered and uncovered large parking spaces at the vacuums. Garbage cans dumped throughout the day fairly tidy.

Super convenient, usually pretty quick (unless there is a line of cars and someone decides to be a jerkoff), and its awesome to be able to vacuum your own vehicle. Suggestions for Quick Quack: 1) install additional lighting in the vacuuming area. 2) Extend vacuum areas hours of operation since it is self service. Im sure the vacuums canisters are capable of accomodating the minimal traffic seen during twilight hours.

Worst customer service at West Sacramento Branch. I was charged $30 extra. Finally got that portion sorted. Changed my car and the agent at West Sacramento refused to swap my car and as well ignored washing my car asked me for one time extra charge however, I have the monthly membership. Still am trying to call the customer service to have my cars swapped but since 30 or more than 30 minutes no one answers my call.

Its local so I use regularly. There is supposed to be a "fast lane" for pass holders. Not always faster in West Sacramento location. There are times when my car isnt completely rinsed or the dryers inadequate. The best thing is the pass where I can go frequently as I often have mud or dust from dirt roads. Staff is friendly.

Quick except when they cant pull up your account... accommodated my needs. Service is average here and the vacuum service is below average... suction on the machines is poor... takes several passes to pick up grass laying on the carpet. Maybe it was full or clogged? But I have used several terminals and the same issues.

This property has changed a few ownership hands, quality of service seems to be degrading, day by day. Other day took my friend here for carwash, and their payment machines no longer work. We have to wait for an actual person to come check us in. Same guy had to soak the car too causing longer wait times.

Very well worth the money !, inexpensive times saving and water saving !. Perfect for a clean lifestyle,. Clean car along as staying clean while washing it. A Fast, Conviount and Economical way to keep clean and stay clean. Ive been using Quick Quack Since I Noticed my neighbors car was always Clean.

I have been a member of this car wash for a little while now, the last couple times I have come here the wait is horrible! Now I understand when you have a lot of cars its going to take a little while, but when I come in there is only 4 cars including me and we are just sitting here! Whats happening!

$15 unlimited car wash cant beat that. There is a separate line for premium members but no one seems to care or read the board so when non premium line has more than 1 or 2 customers people tend to go in the premium lane and attendees dont seem to say anything

They have them all over town, and have a cheap monthly rate. Perfect for rideshare drivers like me who need to keep their car clean. Carry a large towel to finish the drying. Vacuums do not always work. More of a quantity than quality thing.

You need patience and the ability to tolerate inconsistency. You could breeze through quick or get stuck in an inexplicable long line, regardless of which lane you are in. They should change their name from "Quick Quack" to "Random Quack"

Nice location but the "quick" line went faster than the "quicker" line. Two cars that arrived after I did were washed before mine. Employee could use some customer service training as well. I think he said two words to me.

That is fun for kids, my daughter so excited to go there; however, be very careful because it my damage your car. I mean it may broke small external parts. My friend loose over there small part from BMW ($200)

Most Quick Quacks are good. This store happends to almost always has glitches or a line because they can keep staff. Lately its been better but.... the entire system doesnt work inside the washer.
