HORRIBLE!!! I will no longer be using this location to have my truck washed. After multiple visits to this car wash, they refused my wife service today. On my first visit here, we debated whether or not my truck would fit. I have a Dodge Megacab 4WD, it has a leveling kit and 33 inch tires, so its barely taller then stock height. Yeah its a bigger truck so its not unreasonable to verify it will fit through their machine. I told the supervisor that if the truck didnt fit I would pay to have it hand washed. Long story short the truck fits, and I watched it go through just like all the other cars. Today my wife brings it in, and they give her the run around after she explains we have used this service before and it fits. They refuse her service and tell her that the manager no longer accepts trucks like this, and that we would need to pay for a hand wash that is double the price of a normal car wash. I have no issues paying the added fee for SUVs and Trucks, but $50 for a hand wash instead of $25 for pretty much the same service is ridiculous. Im not sure if they were just trying to take advantage of my wife or what, but either way this is not how you do business. ALSO they use way too much of this nasty tire dressing that ends up all over the side of your car. It pretty much defeats the purpose of having your car washed, when you have to redo it when you get home.

Car wash is a car wash! The employees here are the BOMB! Viva Mexico! These guys work hard! My car is always super clean inside. With no dog hair from Jaxx, or crumbs from my banana nut bread. They dont steal your change and if they find your makeup under the seat they put it in the cup holder. I know your saying, "Jennifer, they all do that!" They dont do this... See me pushing a grocery cart from Big Lots (because thats how I roll) and bring my car right to me. So, I dont have to look like one of the homeless that hang out around there. Now thats customer service! I know theses guys work for peanuts so I try to tip them every time. Talk about a bargain! This place charges $22.00 for a hand wash, vacuum and your interior cleaned. You know its $50.00 in other towns. This place is always busy so I suggest you drop your car off and go. No need to wait around but if you do theres a small deli inside thats usually open to accommodate your needs.

Customer service suck !!! The guy who checks the cars in was a smart a$$ ! I was asking about the different options I had 4 my car he told me sum bs I told him that I want to get a good car wash he told me to go elsewhere to get my car washed he said sum words in Spanish I he figured that I wouldnt understand what he said but I did I will never go back again! & I took his advice I took my car to pinkys car wash the best!

I went as soon as they opened. They did not clean the inside of my back window. I have their bottle marks from their cleaning supplies on my window and they didnt clean the throw up out of my back seat. When i noticed this i tried to call the but was unable to get through..
