Vit Mosk - Aug 1st, 2011 The quality of work is fine, but they need somebody to do the administrative work. Jack is so scattered, when I came to pick up my BMW, he said sorry, but we lost your key...What??? I cant believe my ears. To order the key from BMW dealer takes 2-4 business days. Anyway, they agreed to pay for my rental until theyll get the key. I went to work...Jack called in a hour...Ooooo we found your key. OK...got back to pick up my car, the car was so dirty in and out with that white dust and a foot prints all over...Also, I realized a few minor scratches on the right door and computer display were reset...Jack, what is going on? Did you disconnect the battery? ----Jack replied: Oooo, we probably left the door opened and the lights was on... Guys...what the hell are you smoking there? or its a paint that you are breathing...??? What a comedy club...!!! This place needs to be more organized.

Hello, I took my 2006 Honda Accord to J & C. The car had been "keyed" down to the metal on the drivers side door and front fender. Jack and his sons did a perfect job - flawless! The price was very reasonable when compared with other body shops. Once upon a time, Jack did all the body work for a local BMW dealer before they took the work in-house.

J & C was a great choice when having my sons Lexus repaired. Jack kept us updated, saved my son some money, explained what he would need to replace or repair. Jack was very helpful and he definitely knows a lot about cars!! This is a honest and trustworthy establishment. I highly recommend this shop.
