Poor service! Went to the shop to get an estimate for repairs to my fleet vehicle. The office was locked up tight at 2:30pm. Spoke to one of the body techs who made a phone call. He said they the office staff was at lunch but would be back in 20 minutes. I decided to go to Chilis around the corner for lunch myself, only to fine the Elite auto body guys in the bar drinking beer and having lunch. I sat down, ordered, ate and paid. When I left 45 minutes later the boys were still drinking and not even close to leaving to reopen the office. I went back to the shop and told the tech I was taking my business elsewhere. You should too!

Watch out for the owner; went to get a quote and was waiting for the estimator. Met the owner in the parking lot; unfriendly at all. Inside the office, he was keep throwing off-mark questions, while I was filling in the form. Its like he is the king, not the customer. On the way out, he was calling out, "I AM THE OWNER...". Well you can just keep it just the way it is!!!

Elite is a great family owned business with tons of experience and professionalism. I dont normally write a lot reviews but this is well deserved. I have brought different cars here over the past several years and have nothing but great experiences. They do a great job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Elite!
