My wife rear ended a SUV while trying to get onto the freeway in her 2004 Camry. A pedestrian decided to run in front of the SUV, which made it stop suddenly. The front end of the Camry was pushed back all the way to the radiator, but my wife was still able to drive the Camry. I called our insurance and they recommended Magnussen Car West Auto Body. Upon arriving at Magnussens, a very friendly estimator came out and provided a written estimate to repair the 2004 Camry. My ethnicity is different from the estimator and I didnt feel any prejudice whatsoever. We went ahead and had Magnussens repair the 2004 Camry. When we went to pick up the Camry, I was quite pleasantly surprised. The Camry looked better than when we purchased it brand new. I work with color on a professional basis, and the color of the repaired hood and front bumper matched the rest of the vehicle perfectly. The engine compartment looked stronger after they repaired it than before the accident. We did not have to pay one penny more than the written estimate. Should I ever never need auto work done on my three cars, I will always take them to Magnussen Car West Auto Body.

I went in for an estimate on a Saturday for a damage to my rear bumper and spoke with the receptionist, Dina, who was very nice. After a very short wait, Koop came out and was extremely helpful and professional in going over the different options and route that I could take in getting my bumper repaired. I was not pressured into using them for repair service. After reviewing my options, I went ahead and booked an appointment for Monday. I really appreciated the honesty and really believe that this company cares more about their customers and providing quality service for fair prices than they do about simply making money. Kudos for really delivering on customer service!

I love this place!! This is the second time that I needed work done on my car. I spoke with Sheri Cardadeiro and she was Fantastic!!! I had a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car, and I was in and out in no time, and that is important to me and my time. She texted me when my parts where in and let me know how long it would take to fix my car. When my car was ready I came in and she had the car brought to me, it was cleaned and beautiful. The work that they do is excellent. I will use them again and again, and love working with Sheri and hope that if I need them I will be able to work with her!!!

I am very happy with the service I had, the body work on my Nissan Maxima was done professionaly and quick. I got more of what I was told and expected, I had very good experience with Car West Auto Body in Dublin and specially with Sheri Cardadeiro, she handled everything for me, she was very friendly and professional and took care of every single detail (insurance documentation, etc). Sherman Pung did a phenomenal job for us. We had our Odyssey hit and had to deal with State Farm on the claim. We wanted the damage from the accident fixed but also wanted additional work done. Great customer service and didnt mind me asking a lot of questions. They fixed a doors automatic window and even did some touch up on the other door so it wouldnt have so much wear and tear and break as well. Doing that little bit extra will make this a recommended spot for me.

Sherman Pung patiently explained the process, how long it would take, took care of getting a rental car. The rear end bumper was replaced just like Sherman explained. The only problem is getting my car in and out, as the lot is FULL of other cars.

They do a great job. I would recomend this body shop to everyone I know. The turn around is fast and the work is good. Plus they warrenty their work so if their is any problem, you can just go back and get it fixed.
