My wifes black 2009 BMW was rear ended on the freeway in March 2011. I did not know any reputable body shops in the area. I called East Bay BMW dealership, and they recommended B & S Hacienda. Tim Doherty was my contact person at B & S Hacienda. Boy, did he and the crew take care of me. There was over $9,500 worth of damage that they fixed. They washed and waxed my car, and it came out perfect. You could not tell there was any bodywork done on the car. There was a minor issue that I found after I brought the car home, but Tim and his first rate service took care of me right away. I am very impressed with B & S Hacienda in Pleasanton and highly recommend Tim and their workmanship and customer service.

Weve had several cars worked on at B&S Hacienda Dublin and Pleasanton. Each time we were treated with respect and care. They even asked if "everyone was ok" in the car. Who else does that? The damage to our truck was significant that it took at least a month. The whole right side from bumper to bumper was severely damaged and it needed a rear axle and a new rear end. Knowing the behind the scenes paperwork and phone calls to the insurance that needed to be done, we werent in a real hurry to get it back. We just wanted it done right and with original parts. Not after market parts. When our vehicles were done they looked brand new. I wouldnt take my car or truck anywhere but B&S Hacienda.

I met Tony when i worked at a local auto dealer, and he was very knowledgeable. like his service, ive recommended 2 friends, so that makes 3 cars back to back that left there perfect 2 thumbs up

Brought my car here for a bumper repair and it turned out great. The white metallic paint was a perfect match with the rest of the car. Theyre also one of the few authorized Tesla repair shops in the area .
