Lets face it, even when youre not at fault a car accident can be a (literal) massive pain in the neck. My girlfriends car was rear-ended at a stoplight and of course the at fault partys insurance recommended some of their own shops, which after searching, werent the most well reviewed. I found this place to be highly rated on various websites and we gave it a shot. Sean at California Collision went above and beyond normal customer service. The insurance company was not willing to give us a rental even though the car was not safe to drive and wanted us to make multiple trips for an assessment and finally a meet with the adjuster, something that would not work with our busy schedules. Sean made it very clear to the insurance that our car was unsafe to drive and even escalated the call to the adjusters supervisor to make sure we didnt need to come back again. Sean also assured us that even though the insurance wanted to only pay for lower quality parts he would return the car to 100% condition. The work was done on the time line promised and all we had to do was OK the work. The car came back looking better than before and was even cleaned up to make it look like it had never happened. We are extremely satisfied with this whole experience and would never hesitate to do business with California Collision.

My car was hit by a suddenly change lane car just a day before Christmas eve, the accident was 100% the other partys fault, his insurance company recommended me to go to their authorized collision shop but the estimate appointment will be two days later… I was unhappy and start google around and yelp everything. I found that California Collision serve the community for long time and have best reviews … so I decided to give a try …. My happy experience was start from the first call to California Collision, after I explained my case to George, he told me don’t worry, we will take care everything for you, he immediately called the insurance company arranged the rental car, towed the car to their body shop within just about an hour … how efficient they are! Alan is very helpful and professional, he had very carefully inspected everything , found out all the damages , performed the quality repair. … plus I always got the latest status update from the courteous and smile Danielle … thank you the team! California Collision is the best, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I was rear-end on the highway and my BMW needed repairs. My case turned out to be complex, with multiple supplemental claims to be made to the insurance company. My estimator Alan at California Collision was extremely helpful, polite, did all the leg work, and also helped clear up some misunderstanding directly with the insurance company. Later on when a complex problem appeared which was beyond the capability of the body shop, Alan also took the car directly to the BMW dealership and had the diagnosis and repairs performed there. They do stand behind their work and you cannot go wrong with California Collision. The shop will also fully detail your vehicle upon return each time, which was a nice perk. I also appreciated their drop off and pickup service, which was extremely helpful when I could not get to the shop during business hours.

You cant beat the service you receive from Alan at California Collision, AMAZING and FAST! After a doctors appointment a few weeks ago I came out to my new 2015 Honda Civic and realized someone had hit the back of my car while it was parked. My bumper had a Huge scrape and several dents! Whoever did it didnt bother staying around and Ive only had my car a couple months so I was livid-to say the least. It was my first accident and I wasnt sure if the car could look the same again. But much to my dismay California Collision came to my rescue! I truly appreciate the level of customer service Alan provided me. My car was ready the same day it was taken into the shop! I own a 2002 Trans Am. To many is just another car, to me its my pride and joy. I had my vehicle brought in for front end damage and estimator Alan helped me out through the process. He helped me with dealing with my insurance which was really nice because it saved me a lot of time from going back and fourth with the insurance. When I showed up to the facility to drop some documents off, Alan at the time was out of the office but both Danielle and Sean were really helpful and actually walked me through process of repair and how its done. As a car guy and as a consumer, this was really cool information. I would highly recommend this Auto Body Facility and I am actually scheduled for a Detail soon to help maintain the high quality craftsmanship and care they gave to my vehicle. Thanks guys!

This place is great! The owner of this shop is very honest, wants to help his customers and earn your business unlike other shops. The people are very friendly and down to earth. They would make sure you are satisfied and you are one happy customer. They were very responsive and returned all my calls when they were taking care of my car. The whole experience from making an appointment and getting my car back was a great one. There are very few places you get such an experience from now a days and this is one of those places. They went beyond what they promised and my car looked like a brand new when I got it back. I would highly recommend them any time for auto body work and detailing.

I bought a discounted deal for a car detailing which ended up totaling $99 to detail my SUV. Unfortunately it did not included shampooing the interior. I took my car in for the detail and it was returned without a completed job. Since I didnt have time to wait for it to be done correctly, I called back the next day to let business know. The pro is they said no problem bring it back in and well take care of it. The con is I had to drive about 45 min to get back there to have it detailed again a week later. Great customer service but I wish they did it well the first time. In either case, Ill take in my other car to have it detailed as well when Im in town.

I brought my truck here on the recomendation of a friend. When I arrived George assured me that he could work with my insurance and not to worry because he would take care of everything. Well California Collision was able to come through with everything they promised and more. As kind of a joke I asked George to wax my softball bats that were in the back seat. When I picked up the truck there were my 3 bats on the front see nice and shiny. These guys make you feel like family and not like you are just another assignment from an insurace co.

When I got into a minor accident, California Collision was there to help. Their staff are very polite and helpful, and they do excellent work. Sean, my estimator, said it best when he told me, "If you can tell that it was repaired, we didnt do a good enough job." Seriously, Id attach a picture of my car to the review, but you probably wouldnt have been able to tell where they fixed it. I would definitely go there again if I needed any more repairs. Which hopefully I wont, at least not for a while.
