I asked them to replace a cover underneath the front bumper of my car. 3 months later some part next to it started to drop down. Whats even worse, I just noticed a plastic grid at the bottom of the front bumper is missing. Its a part that had to be taken off before installing the cover. Since its been a while, I didnt expect much. But I went to their place, anyway, to see if it still lays around in their shop. Its not a good idea. The male owner became very defensive, called me ridiculous even to bring up the matter after 3 months. He said it could just fall off. (no part just falls off if installed properly.) Then he refused to talk to me and drove away. Very rude. All I asked is for them to have a look around their garage. Id recommend to avoid the shop if you could. If you have to, be very careful to check there isnt anything missing when you pick up your car. Their mechanics are careless.

These guys are great. Its a good honest business with a great staff. My front bumper came off the front of my car while backing out of my driveway. I called a few other places and they said they would recommend just replacing it for nearly $1000. Marie took the time to have a discussion with me and made an effort to help me save money. I brought my car in and they took a look. It ended up needing a few replacement clips. We opted to order new brackets to make it more secure. Total cost was $50-100. My car is a 2004 and doesnt need picture perfect repair. Anyway, it was a real pleasure to do business with this office. The thoughtfulness and truly great customer service really made my day. In the future when I have bigger projects, I will happily come back because I feel like I can trust them to do the work at a fair price.

I am working on restoring a pickup and one of the first steps was to get some dents pulled so I can dynamat the interior of the door (I am trying to make the truck really quiet inside). I took it to Macco and not only did they give me a frankly fantastic price, they painted it to match the old colors instead of the single color I paid for. Needless to say I am extremely happy with this. I intend to change the color of the truck later on but I am not sure what color I am going to do so I only asked that they make it weather proof for a few months (ie. not plain primmer) and they went and did a perfect match! Also, they did a great job getting the dent out, now the door looks fantastically smooth!

After putting a two-foot long scrape on the rear door of my wifes car I really wasnt looking forward to an $800 to $1,000 repair bill. A friend recommended MAACO in Sunnyvale and showed me the work they just completed on his truck. I got an estimate of $400 and was very happy. I asked if when they had the door panel off if they could fix the "childproof lock" that was broken. They called and said the mechanism had to be replaced at a cost of about $50 with overnight shipping. (The Honda dealer wanted $250 to fix it!) I cant recommend this place enough for quality, customer service, and value.

This place is horrible!! They painted my bug and got the color wrong. When I went in they yelled at me! When the color was clearly wrong(it did not match the interior). After alot of arguing over there promise of matching the color it was agreed that I would find the color of my car on my own! Is that my job? well after that the color matched! WOW!! I should manage this MACO. Upon closer inspection there were lots of drips and overspray on my windows, EVEN paint on my interior! If I was you I would avoid this paint shop go to Palo Alto even if it is a inconvenience

My first experience with Maaco office in Sunnyvale, Ca was in the fall of 2008. My old 1984 Toyota mini truck was looking pretty poor. The primer was showing through. I took it to Maaco in Sunnyvale and had them do the high end paint because I planned giving this truck to my son for a few more years. Well, they took about a week to 10 days to complete the work. It was worth the wait. Excellent quality work. Friendly people.

Look very closely at the results of their work. Otherwise later on theyll tell you You signed off on this, should have said something, buddy. This is that case when cheap is way too expensive. Couldnt sell my BMW to Beepi because of their paint work on a minor scratch, how stupid is that. And it does look bad, certainly should have had a better look. They are nice people, but never again.

They really worked with me and my BMW 535i. I got a great deal, they stuck to the quoted price, paint looks awesome, and it was done on time. Marie and Dave are great people and run their business professionally and personally. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I dropped my car off. Great service and friendly ownership. I strongly recommend this shop!

Kinda pushy with wanting a ton of personal informatiin. The lady mentioned there were cars they painted in the lot, but when asked what service was done to them, she mentioned that she cant share customer info. Why tell me there are cars they did in the lot to teyband sell me on their service, not tell what was done to them. That doesnt help me decide... Weird.

Just got my Suburban back today. They painted the hood and top (and also touched up the front fenders). Looks fantastic. They said it would take 4 days to complete the job and they were right on time. Oliver, Dave, and Marie were very cordial and helpful. This is my 3rd car Ive taken to Maaco. I would definitely recommend this shop.

If I could give it negative stars I would. My nephew went in to ask for a quote for a paint job on a project car he recently bought and an old white guy came out and straight up told him no they wouldnt paint it ieven if they had time and gave so valid reason. Horrible customer service!!

This place is a joke! They do not stand by their work and they have a major attitude problem when confronted with issues. There are WAY better shops in the area! Dont go here!
